Well ok then. I suspect they would believe me before they believe you after all the blatant lies posted in here.
You've got 5-6 people that will believe you. The rest have all consumed the kool-aid.

Well, I hope that you believe in kismet.
Is this thread about Muslims or a coach loosing his job?
But I can see why he lost his job.
Unless he tries to indoctrinate his students and players with his views, he is entitled to his opinions and to voice them away from his place of employment.
Yes and no.
Yes, he's entitled to his opinions away from work.
He posted this letter on his personal Facebook page. The question would be--does his personal Facebook page identify him as the lacrosse coach of his school? If so, it gets a bit murkier.
An entry like:
"Scott Lees, Fryeburg Academy lacrosse coach" and then the letter published on the same page could be a problem.
Mr. Lees was also the person that maintained the school's lacrosse Facebook page, though apparently he didn't post the letter there.

Free speech does not equal freedom from consequence.
Especially when the left is offended.
If it had been an anti-Christian tirade, here's betting he would still have his job.
On Sunday, President Obama and First Lady Michelle released a statement thanking Muslim Americans for their many “achievements and contributions… to building the very fabric of our nation and strengthening the core of our democracy.”
Everything he said was blatantly untrue and unnecessarily hostile towards a certain group of people and the school which is open to all races and religions does not want to be associated with that.
So what?
Unless he's trying to indoctrinate his students or his players to his views, he's entitled to his opinion.
It's called free speech and I knew you wouldn't like it.

The person who wrote the op was responding to the ridiculous statement made by Obama.
Well of course he's entitled to his opinion but the school is also entitled to theirs. Unfortunately for this guy, the school is the one that will stop writing checks.
