Chips, I work at the Bob Jones U. Press in marketing. Just started in November. I graduated from BJ in May 04 with a BA in creative writing.

Lived most of my few-odd years in Maine, though, and I miss it.

Hi,I have a pretty calico name Starr

that I got from C.A.C.C. 3 years ago. Starr is a joy, however every day lately she has start to do aerobics around 4:00 to 4:10 A.M. every morning, and she hunts daily her --imaginary before dawn intruder. Starr breaks my sleep if I don't remember to lock her out of my room and I have trouble going back to catch a few extra zzzzz

before getting back up to go to work,--- I would not trade her in for all the world--{whommm maybe that is too drastic}!. Dogs are ok,I even had one once, even though they have bad breath no matter what u do to prevent it,they r sometimes smelly and will stick their noses into all kinds of mess and will try and eat all kinds of junk they find, even in the street. My Starr

on the other hand if a peice of her food gets into her water will refuse to drink it, she comes to mommy and politely request that she have a new bowl of water, now how is that for class !!.

Awe, I love kitties.

I can't have one in my apartment where I am right now. sigh . . . I had one for 14 years, got him when I was 7. He disappeared a few years ago. Very rough.

My boyfriend's brother has a frou-frou dog with the same name as me. It's very odd when they tell her to be quiet or go outside and use the bathroom. I get all confused.

Yep, I'm 5'2" and need to lose a few pounds. I'm 136 and that's too heavy for my height. I do have medium sized bones tho. LOL

Gib, I am chatty because I talk more through any form of writing than I ever to out loud. It's my main mode of expression. LOL.

Snail mail letters, emails, chat rooms, message boards . . . mostly writing by hand tho, I guess. My thoughts are expressed better this way. And I enjoy it more.

When my husband was baptized, (he's 6'4") his mom and dad and brother were in the pool at the same time, and the pastor did them one after the other. (They had been Lutheran) Now, with four people in there, the water level was already elevated. When my husband went under - ploosh! water went up onto the adjoining stage, and got some folks in the front row a little damp.

Tony, I don't suggest that you try to do your taxes right now! You don't need IRS touble because you enter to many zero's on your income and not enough on the "pay this" line.

Wonderful news Chips! I can still remember my baptism. I was so little that my feet barely touched the bottom of the baptismal pool and I kind of floated over to the preacher. I can't remember the preachers name, but I do remember his voice as he baptized me.

Well Diane, I didn't find my mop. Didn't look for it either! I did get the bills paid for the month and still have a little left over for groceries! I guess that means I've accomplished something productive today.

Jesus Christ is the answer to life.

Wants to be married because it is a God-given desire. Wants to love someone with all her heart--as a picture of how Christ loves me.

Went through a relationship with a boyfriend and found out exactly what you mean--somtimes God gives us something we really want just to show us that He was right all along and we should trust him.

Now I know what I do not want/do not need in a husband. And God knows best. Praise him for that!

Never settle for less than the best.
