Sue, that's bad. I got hit a couple of years ago by a young girl who ran a stop light in Nashville at 50+ mph right across the front of my van. She gassed it good and sped on through striking me on the passenger side of the front to the drivers side. At that time it wasn't illegal for her to be driving without insurance. I had full coverage. I was hopping mad when I found out she had no insurance. Geico finally went after her, though and sued her for over $20,000 including her friends medical bills and therapy. She didn't even get a ticket for running the stop sign...she got out of the ticket. I won't say how. The law now only requires the bare minimum of insurance, and if a person is uninsured and has a wreck or gets a ticket, it's just a misdemeanor and a possible $50.00 fine. How lax can people be?

I'll be praying.

We're watching it and little Brayden is 'rocking' out. He claps and Jon swears Brayden is 'talkin' in tongues'. LOL. Best he can do at 12 months I guess.

I'll probably kick this over to 20 pages so might as well share my day.

I had 7 kids plus my Nick. One child was an emergency need for a church family. The last kids left at 6:15 and 6:45! Glad that was a one day thing! Rained, too. We spent most of the day inside. Uncle Jon had off so he helped entertain the smaller ones and encouraged clean up time with the stubborn ones.

Tomorrow is 3 plus Nick and Thursday is 6 plus Nick BUT the second 3 come VERY late in the afternoon. They're my 3 day a week family. Only 2 boys come every day. My rules are being followed. Firmness has paid off.

Think we'll head up to church tomorrow afternoon to work on my S/S room. I need to plan my VBS final decorations and make copies. My T-Shirt for VBS is in, also. The boys will enjoy that and it'll be different.

Well 13 hours of childcare has worn me OUT. At least I don't get my first arrivals until 6:15 and the last child will come at 7:45. That gives me a few minutes extra sleep.

Now where is Jim's alarm clock.........

Evening folks:

It is past my bedtime, but I am heading there right now!

I didn't hear anything from the 'other driver's' insurance company today, so I am calling THEM tomorrow to find out what's going on...

Also, the accident report wasn't in the paper today and I can't figure out why. There were incidents in there from 3:30 yesterday morning, but not from the accident Saturday.

I am calling the police station tomorrow also and asking for a detailed copy of the police report (I want to know what charges were on her ticket).

Brent finally found a 'decent' playmate in the neighborhood, but he is moving to Arkansas in a month.

I will relocate to a new Coffee House when I get up in the morning.

Morning all:

It's a warm 65 here right now. It was just starting to sprinkle as Vivian drove out of the driveway. It's supposed to be a bit cooler here today, but I'm not so sure about that. I know later this week we're supposed to be in the 90's. YUK! The air is on right now. The humidity here is a killer!

Not too much longer until VBS...I believe it starts the 13th here. It's "Ramblin' Road Trip". I hope it goes off well. Viv and I are going to be "floaters" helping out where needed.
