Cuomo impeachment or will he resign

He won’t resign... they will have to walk him out and close and lock the door on him. Let him cry like a spoiled child.
He should have resigned a long time ago.
I hope he steps down and doesn't put everyone through the impeachment process.

Impeachment might be more interesting news wise. Drag all of this scandal into the news night after night versus just quietly quitting politics.
I seriously doubt Cuomo can fix this. Reaping what your sowing is fair. This is all on him.

And this may answer the question concerning why Dems are pushing Cuomo to resign. If they can get Cuomo to resign, they have the vehicle to force Bid:n out as well, prior to 2024 or earlier.

The Biden Synapses ain’t firing any more. He can drag this out for a while longer but it’s evident the vehicle going to seize up soon. No Cuomo be another matter... ego, machismo, pride, fear of loosing... ha ain’t a going quietly.

Watch for Cuomo to issue statements with not so veiled threats about exposing others if they attempt to force him out. Hard ball is coming.

Depending on how serious the left is about '22, they may force Cuomo to resign (receiving a token slap on the wrist) and claim the high road; hoping he will be just a dim memory by '22.
Now how the ego vs reality plays out in his mind is anybody's guess!
Unfortunately too many sheeple will, no doubt, be perfectly content with this outcome and be all primed to get a bit more inventive in stealing elections come '22!

Yeah, looks like it's going to be a showdown between Biden and Andy Cuomo, think the latter is the stronger of the two.
Would all those Democrats in NYS actually vote to impeach and remove him? Work with some guy from Rochester, according to him, Prince Andrew is still pretty beloved in the region. He also said that Biden is no one to talk about groping. I'd bet he survives.

That would be great then it they did nothing, I wonder who will replace Cuomo.
I still remember One WTC building lit up all in pink, with Cuomo celebrating his abortion reproductive rights bill passage, and being disgusted. You reap what you sow.

I understand that NY has an interesting impeachment law.
1) The 7 judges of the NY State Court of Appeals (Highest court in NY) join the State Senators to be part of the jury.
2) Upon impeachment, the LT Governor becomes the acting Governor
IF found innocent - the Governor resumes his duties
If found guilty - the Lt Governor becomes Governor.
