So you support "illicit online gun sales?" Are you aware that Trump reversed an Obama regulation that made it illegal to sell guns to individuals receiving medicaid disability payments due to serious mental problems? Do you support selling guns to those with significant mental problems?

That is a private sell, not an online sale. Use of proper terminology would be most helpful in having an actual productive discussion. The BATFE has rules prohibiting non face to face interstate private transfers as well. Intrastate shipping between private parties is left to the jurisdiction of each state, as it should be!
I don't think the specifics of how a "private sell" which is brokered by a web site are important. I'd simply lioke to have a background check run. Otherwise convicted felons, mass murders, domestic abusers and people with serious mental issues can buy guns, even semi-automatic guns.

It's not brokered. It's an advertisement.

What you want is a ban on face to face sales. If that's what you want, then be honest and say it.

I would also "like" to hit the Powerball. That ain't happening because I don't play.
The current system is already over oppressive. Never give the government any more power than they already have.

I take your response to mean you support selling guns to people with significant mental problems. I don't. We differ.
Define "significant mental problems." In 20 years the liberals will probably decide Bible believing fundamental Christians suffer from "significant mental illness."

The buyer and the seller are brought together by the web site.
So?

If I have something for sale, which I can legally sell in a face to face transaction, why should my right to advertise be curtailed? Before the internet, it was newspapers...

When liberal politicians and activists miss it, a rapper gets it. Pay close attention to Moore. He straight up concedes The Constitution protects military weapons.
I agree with Ice T. I straight up fear our government. Law Enforcement has extremely over reached its Constitutional power.

And he keeps digging....

All of this just illustrates how ignorant most anti-gunners are.

Hardly any of them can make a coherent argument or know anything at all about guns.

Well they know about gun owners - They know we are deplorable hiding in a basket, clinging not only to our guns but our bibles as well.

If I see a car online, call the dealer's phone, and then go to the dealership and purchase the car, is that an online sale?

If I see a used car on Craigslist, and meet up with the owner with a wad of cash and drive off in the used car, is that an internet sale?

Just like the mythical gunshow loophole, these articles about online sales describe methods that are overwhelmingly legal, and laws are already on the books to prosecute those buying firearms illegally.

What liberals? It's the Baptist Fundamentalists who redefined the BF&M in 1963 to support easy believerism, which is not Biblical.
