I am sorry, hillclimber, that you are offended that I don't think either major party is morally superior to the other.

This may be true, but if we follow this path, we have to hold the Republican's that are not Christ-like accountable.

That is what I don't see. If we can't hold them accountable, then it doesn't matter which party they are part of, they are bad for our cause, and we should treat them as such.

Starting a third party, a Christian party isn't a waste of time, the problem there lines in the fact that even Christians can't seem to come together. Look at the debates we have over so many "non-issues".

How is it that will be able to come together and form a Christian party when we can't even come together in these issues?

So, although I don't believe it to be a waste of time, I do believe you're right in that it won't ever happen.

It's Sad..

I have not, and won't Vote in this poll. I believe such simple minded questions don't lead us to any truth, and any good.

Also if the question were against Republicans, then my answer would be the same.

Why answer a Poll that has no real value, it's only purpose is to cause greater discourse between the two parties, which in the long run, make it even harder to get anything good done when either party is in office.

This works equally for Republicans, if not, why do you think they all spend Millions of dollars to get a job that pays a few hundred-thousand of dollars?

As long as we keep pushing the divide, and they keep spending the money they do, BOTH parties will continue to give the same, which in my Opinion, isn't much. Also notice, I said opinion.

As it is also for the Reps.

Politicians are politicians, regardless of the party label.
</font>
You would be better off to realize the vast differences between the two parties, and deal with that accordingly. Forget any other party, and Michael Bunker, as they are irrelevent today and in the short future.

Yep. It includes all politicians. The only advantage we would have, say, if the Libertarian Party or the Constitution Party rose to power is that it would take them a while to become as corrupt in wielding power as the two major parties currently are.

Oh, please. To say that the Democratic Party is more corrupt than the Republican Party is just plum silly. Do the names Randy Cunningham and Jack Abramoff ring a bell?

Cunningham quit, something no democrat has done to my knowledge. Abramoff is bipartisan in those to whom he has paid graft.

Choosing between the republican party and the democratic party is like choosing between liver cancer and brain cancer.

Actually choosing between the Republican party and the democrat party is:

1. Choosing between economic freedom and socialism.
2. Choosing between political freedom and political serfdom.
3. Choosing between trying to save unborn children and killing unborn children.
4. Choosing between Christ and the ACLU.
5. etc., etc., etc.

Actually choosing between the Republican party and the Democratic party is:
1.Choosing to have your teeth pulled or a root canal
2.Choosing to have some Looney determine if you are Christian or not, or some Looney telling you how you should live your life.
3. Etc.,etc., etc.,

God does not have a political party and to say He does may not be blasphemy but if it is not it is getting real close.

God does not have a political party and to say He does may not be blasphemy but if it is not it is getting real close. </font>
Do you believe God considers it acceptable to murder unborn children? The democrat party does. Most liberals do. The ACLU certainly does; as well as homosexual marriage, and sexual abuse of children, and any other perversion the mind of man can conceive

Furthermore, anyone who contends that the ACLU is not an enemy of Christianity and, therefore, God has blinders on. If you think that is blasphemy you are still free to do so.
