What did Satan use when he fell per Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28? What did one third of the angels use when they followed Satan in Revelation 12:4?
They are bound unable to do anything. They thought they could rebel. God then chained them in darkness. You want that kind of free will, the first time you sin, go immediately to everlasting punishment?

Satan figured out he could be a better Adversary, than an obedient angel. God let him.

Free will is not being coerced into something.

"the power of acting without the constraint of necessity or fate; the ability to act at one's own discretion"

Satan was in no way able to just walk up to Job and do as he pleased. Satan asked if he could do certain things, and God said OK. Satan is allowed to test Christians, but he does not have a license to act according to free will. A human has boundaries. They cannot just fly through space in just their body. Where as, an angel just moves through space without any limits other than a set course that they cannot deviate from.

Angels have to act according to the task God set them to. A third of the angels are bound right now, as they wished to no longer do what God willed, so they now, cannot do anything.

Humans have free will to destroy creation, or have dominion over creation. Of course right now, there are some created things like covid, that can get out of hand. Wild animals are also not under any constraint when it comes to placing limits on human free will. The curse of sin brings a clash between who can control who.

Where does the Bible teach that angels just move "through space without any limits other than a set course that they cannot deviate from"?

Where does the Bible teach that the following is true: "A third of the angels are bound right now, as they wished to no longer do what God willed, so they now, cannot do anything"?

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The NT makes clear that there are many demons against whom believers wrestle. This passage and several other passages show that human beings have been facing assaults not just from Satan but also from many other demons over the course of human history.

What evidence is there in scripture?

Angels... sing (but do they write the songs) they kill or guard things (at the command of God) they deliver messages....

I really don’t see angels as being creative in the sense that humans write music, paint pictures or any other endeavor.

peace to you
Wasn’t Lucifer an angel

From what I understand from the Bible, that God created angels and humans with free will. A gift! That is why Satan the Devil chose to disobey, it is his free will to do so. And remember the angels who were attracted to women, and had gigantic kids called Nephilim - they did because of free will. And we knew that they did not use their free will in good conscience.

For those who believe that God did make angels themselves to be creative beings, when human beings controlled or influenced by a demon do, make, or say something creative, do you believe that those are also instances that show that God made angels to be creative beings?

Exodus 7:10 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. 11 Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. 12 For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

No human being (other than Jesus of Nazareth) has ever been able by his own ability to take a non-living, inanimate physical object and make it become a living, moving animal. Aaron did so on this occasion by the power of God.

The magicians of Egypt also did so with their enchantments. These practitioners of the occult did something that is impossible for any human to do on his own. These magicians did not do so because they somehow on their own discovered some secret information that enabled them to do so.

These magicians only did so because they were in contact with demons who instructed them about what to do and how to do it, and then empowered them to do so. Is this therefore an account of demonic creativity?
