The issue is one of honesty. @Calminian has defended the Democratic position while claiming to support Trump over several threads. He is a Democrat trying his best to divide us.

I just hope you have a good support structure around you. These times are cracking some good men. Praying for you. I mean that.

I like President Trump and how he is handling the situation. But he asked some very odd questions (like beaming light into people and putting sanitizers like alcohol into the blood stream to kill the virus). He made it clear he was just asking, but came off looking like he was over his head.
I've read that isopropyl alcohol, mentioned as very effective, is useful externally, but can be dangerous if absorbed through the skin in large enough quantity.

What did not seem to be addressed in the presentation is the use of ethyl alcohol. Perhaps it might be a useful internal "disinfectant," perhaps even aerosolized for the lungs? Asking for the president. :Wink

However, I agree that drinking vodka is probably not extremely effective. Russia doesn't seem to have fared better than other countries. But maybe with the right strain of potato instead...

Interesting.

I have not watched any news since Trumps briefing.

I support Trump.

But he did honestly ask (it was nor sarcasm) if we could not explore introducing sanitizers into the blood and beaming light into the body to combat COVID-19.

Only a fool would pretend this was sarcasm (or someone who did not see the briefing).

It seems the Democrats are merely capitalizing on a dumb comment. But this is no better than the Democrat implants like @Calminian who pretend the question was sarcasm (they know it is worse to be sarcasm).

He seems to have simply asked a dumb question at the moment. This is not an issue. Politics disagree, but who cares? Only the sheeple.
I think the real sarcasm was in his statement that it was sarcasm. The leftstream media deserve every barb he jabs at them. Their reporting is unconscionable.

They wouldn't know a dumb comment from their own reporting, mainly because there is no difference, except that dumb comments look like the wisdom of Solomon in comparison.

They are a joke, a terrible practical joke that makes enemies of friends, and a mockery of America.

The Democrat press is just ignorant. Trump was talking about the Columbia University research into using a special light to disinfect an area--the research having been published on April 20. The Democrats are so ignorant that they don't even know that they are ignorant.

I do, but save your prayers. I was messing with you (employing sarcasm).

The reason was your decision that if I liked Bush I must be a Trump basher. I thought that was a foolish idea because I had already said I supported and liked/ like both.

So I decided to play your game (with Bush instead).

My political criteria is short. It begins with protecting the unborn. After that is checked off I consider other issues. President Trump thus far has supported what is most important to me.

He was. And that was fine. The part where he asks if we can beam that light into our bodies is what some people found strange.

Life is tuff on liberals because they are born with defects. Democrats in general have teeny tiny hearts and they are like semis with an underpowered motor.

I agree.

They have counter parts in the Republican Party who dare not question anything the President does or says.

I cannot see anything in Trumps platform to oppose. He represents me very well (even how he talks to people.... It is refreshing and I believe he knows what he is doing).

That said, watching those two questions I do not believe he came off well (just on those two questions). It was not about fighting the virus on the surface (which was discussed with sanitizers, sunlight, and UV light). It was about the possibility of putting that in the body or the blood.

I did not realize people picked up on this. I noticed it watching the brief.

I do not believe it a big deal (it was 2 silly questions).

The two groups that make much ado about nothing are those dems and a small group with the same defects but different ideologies in the GOP.

I don't know who the people are who defend Trump no matter what. Trump was just asking a question about medical research but the ignorant press did not know what he was talking about.

I have not seen it reported. I have not watched anything sence the briefing (been at the state parks).

In the briefing he said that he does not know if it was even possible, that he is not a doctor.

That said, in the briefing he seemed to be forcing an engagement by asking the questions.

Part of the reason is how it came off (less so the actual questions.... Shortly afterward he was told his idea about sunlight would not work).

He is the man for the job of leading our nation.

If the government wishes and needs to fund a study, I would be willing to be used as a trial. :Thumbsup

Researchers: New UV Technology Safe for Humans,Lethal for Coronavirus

All the leftist social media platforms race to remove any traces. Trump wants to explore these type of technologies, big pharma which also controls everything medical? Nope.
All of your posts are dripping with sarcasm. Typical leftist. You speak in condescending tones, albeit they are softened for us Baptists, so as to reel in the trusting types. You can’t help yourself. You think people can be easily led. Check that.
