I demonstrated why Acts 2:38 refers to our spiritual baptism into Christ's spiritual body, and you chose to ignore it.And we do not agree regarding what baptism is meant in Acts 2:38.

You have not shown the baptism in Acts 2:38 is not the water baptism. Which in that text precedes the promise of God giving the Holy Spirit.I demonstrated why Acts 2:38 refers to our spiritual baptism into Christ's spiritual body, and you chose to ignore it.
Did you see where folks are indwelt and sealed in Christ before they were spiritually transferred into Christ's spiritual body? Neither did I.
Did I demand everyone agree? Nope, I asked for an alternate explanation and none was given.
Ephesians 1:13
In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of the promise,
Thus, when we believe as credited by God, we are baptized into Christ's spiritual body, and then "sealed in" His spiritual body with the Holy Spirit as a promise of our future physical redemption. It is still a lock...
Yet another taint so post, while still not explaining how an individual is indwelt without first being baptized spiritually into Christ.You have not shown the baptism in Acts 2:38 is not the water baptism. Which in that text precedes the promise of God giving the Holy Spirit.
Sir, I am sorry but this post of yours presents a profound inability to grasp the message. The verse starts out, In whom, or in Him. Now that refers to having been placed within Christ's spiritual body. You do not even address it, but ignore it. Next the sealing material is the Holy Spirit, thus with the Holy Spirit and not with water. I could go on but it is pointless, you seem unwilling to accept God's word.Your quote at once reveals why you are having trouble distinguishing differences and someone in eternity will pay for obscuring the word of God as in done in your translation.
Here is the correct rendering of Ephesians 1:13;
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
These two verses do not say the same thing and whatever you are quoting is not better than a bad commentary. Paul did not say the gentiles, to whom the "ye" refers in this epistle, were sealed "in him." He said ye are sealed "with" him, and that after ye trusted him, which is the definition of believing. This is much different from your quotation of Eph 1:13 that we are sealed in him. Now, since these are foundational truths to Christianity and an apostle is purported to have written them, we cannot tolerate them being quoted wrong. The scriptures is where we test the truth, not where we edit it.
What ever argument you made you did not post it to meYet another taint so post, while still not explaining how an individual is indwelt without first being baptized spiritually into Christ.
If you are not going to address my view, I have nothing more I can say.
