    I hope so. But I wish that some of us would not confuse that understanding with God's Word itself. That is the problem - not what you believe but that you believe it is equal to Scripture even though it is not taught int he Bible.

    Depending on the topic, you may be right. But I do not say "I side with Jesus, Peter and the Bible", which is often your defense for extra-biblical ideas you have.

    On this topic, however, I stick only to (and tightly with) Scripture because it makes sense to me without "reasoning it out". I understand others disagree, and that's fine. To be fair, my position may leave many with unanswered questions. That does not bother me. We have to work out our own understanding.
