A blind bulldog & chickens & two turtles.
Is that a snake? Lizard?Well, I discovered a pet by the garage the other day. It was an Eastern Yellow-Bellied Racer trying to get under the door and took off when I opened it.
Other than that we have no pets. We had to put our other dog down a few years ago.
I would really like to have an English bulldog, but my wife says they slobber. I told her so does our daughter Gabrielle but I still didn't get the dog. :tear:

Hey I bet you slobber too! haha!
Seriously, I don't think they slobber, but I bet they snore! EWF would know. He's the resident bulldog expert.
YUK!
I have a cat that I buried on the 'back forty' this morning and when I got back to the house he was waiting at the door to go in. For real.
'Spooky' is a very large long legged black cat w/white throat, paws & whiskers we rescued from the pound about nine years ago. Coolest/friendliest cat I've ever seen, wife loves him dearly.
She immediately returned after leaving for work yesterday, when I got to the door she was balling like a baby holding 'Spooky' under her arm, dead, she had picked him up off the side of the road not far from our driveway.
After comforting and assuring her of a proper burial for 'Spooky' she went on to work and I grabbed shovel, iron digger, and 'Spooky' in a bag, went to the back fence and gave him a proper burial as promised, and when I returned 'Spooky' had beat me back to the house and was waiting to go in.
I did about 5 double takes on Spooky before finally realizing I had just buried a strange cat that looked like Spooky, which is actually quite a coincidence.
I felt like a fool, my wife was made happy, and Dad, daughters, and others have had a good laugh. We won't live this one down for quite a while to come.
I wish now I had it on video of Tina crying at the back door, holding that rigamortis cat w/the stiff tail sticking straight up in the air behind her.
Actually Steve, when burying him I was wondering why I hadn't noticed a little more white on Spooky's hind leg before, but the resemblance was striking; and bear in mind his head was bloodied and he was quite rank, not something you want to get down and examine closely if it's not necessary. We live out in the boonies and have NEVER seen a cat that looked like Spooky around here before, in fact we rarely see other cats at all; we have no idea where that cat come from.
But it got a 'proper burial'.
