We know that God choose Christ to be His lamb before creation, thus God anticipated Adam's sin and its consequences.

Anticipated ? If God merely anticipated Adams sin without predetermining or purposing it, then God learned something He didnt know without looking into the future and seeing what Adam would do after He created Adam.
