You say that despite all the people on this very thread who said they don’t like his language. You are being extremely dishonest lately and your posts are no longer worth reading. I’ll take you off of ignore in about 13 months.

Maybe it's those Christians who have brought disgrace to the cause of Christ through their their almost worshipful adoration of a vulgar man like Donald Trump who had best just stay in their corner and be quiet.

Says the liberal who judged and attacked his Christian brothers in the opening post.

Now. get back in your corner.

And remember Christ said "He that is without sin cast the first stone."

your plan was to listen to the loudest voices of the culture and do their bidding regardless of how good or bad that might be?

If I had been elected to Congress I would not have been spending my time there, for instance, trying to pass a law to ban fornication. It would have been a waste of time and contrary to the principles of individual liberty on which this country is supposed to stand.

And yet sodomy was banned all across this country from its founding.

And such laws were finally ruled to be, correctly, unconstitutional; just as "separate but equal" lasted until, correctly, such was ruled to be unconstitutional.

Uh no, it would not have been ruled that way in the day they were originally made into law.

True. And they were wrong to do so based on the principles of individual liberty. The people who founded the United States were not perfect people.

Nice try at dodging the question. But you still give the impression that you are one to merely listen to the will of the loudest voices and follow that regardless of how bad or good it might be.

And it's your sort of thinking that leads to authoritarian theocracies like Iran.
Well, I do see that there are several problems with the strong federal government that has resulted under our constitution. Your comments exhibit two primary ones: those who gain power then unconstitutionally claim they can overrule any and all state laws in existence, even inventing new rights, and those who think it should not be enforced to protect the actual rights enumerated therein.

Also, that sounds oblivious to reality. The state religion of scientific materialism is trying mightily to destroy all others, and those who think like you think nothing of it. While I expect this sort of thing from atheists, Christians should know better.
