They took the law into consideration and they took the government's argument into consideration and decided the government had not proven its case.
The government had nothing to prove. The law gave the president discretion. Therefor the court ignored the law.
What about "If the President finds..." don't you and the court understand?
Interesting that you use the term "roaches". That is hate speech.
One level of hate speech is: Did the speech describe the victims-to-be as other than human, e.g. as vermin, pests, insects or animals?
Chelsea Clinton will never be president! The nation has had it with the Clinton's corrupt ways and Americans will endure no more of them! The liberals hate anything that even closely resembles morality, they're evil to the core and will do anything within their power to continue to corrupt this nation! My prayer is that Christ returns soon!
CTB, It's a simile or a metaphor. Figures of speech that are used throughout the bible.
Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, "Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
Yes, it's offensive but that didn't stop Jesus. He didn't hate the pharisees but He certainly got their attention and :
John 5:34 But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.
Acts 20:29 "For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.

Personally I don't remember ever using the language of insult against anyone here on the BB, at least not recently. But I also have no doubt that some have been offended by something I have said.Metaphors are used. However it well recognized and accepted that calling a person an insect or animal is hate speech. I have a friend in Prague who wrote his PhD thesis on hate speech. He is the first to explain this to me. There is a path with something like 7 steps in hate speech that lead to genocide. I have another friend who, because of the hate speech being used, predicted the genocide in Rwanda four years before the genocide began. There is no place for the use of such terms by a Christian.
Calling another person an insect or animal is not Christian. It is hate and Christ is not for those who hate.
A few verses on hate:

Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness.

But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
John 15:18 ESV / 132 helpful votes
“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.

But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

"To look" and "to be" - two different situations. The problem is that rookie behavior begins to look like incompetence if it continues.

There are those that hate "truth" and if you present the "truth" to them you're a racist, bigot and what ever other names they can come up with!Wrong, truth is everything.

Indeed. I remember the first six months or so of Clinton's first term was marked by inaction and wringing of hands. They didn't know what to do except hold meetings into the wee hours of the morning. This was also the time of the tragedy at Waco. The problem is that rookie behavior begins to look like incompetence if it continues.
