Then no one can be saved.
But your reply was incorrect based on your post.
According to John 6? Where in John 6 did you get that? It's not there.Man always can choose.
Man always can choose.
Yep,
Fallen man will always choose what is fallen. Even if they happen to choose what is considered good, in God's view it is worthless.

I do not hold that the natural man can stir up some natural ability to be acceptable to the nature and character of God.

."
Both God and man working together, one never overriding the other, to save some.
Who were those given to Christ?1) Who, at that time in history, was enabled to come to Christ?
All that the Father gave Christ.
Correct. But does that mean the rest are certainly condemned to hell as unchosen repobates, or could it be that some of them are the same ones who come to faith in Acts 2 after Christ is raised up and Peter preaches the Gospel to them for the first time?2) Why were these enabled and not the rest?
Because the Father choose them to come to Christ
Are we being judicially hardened like Israel was?3) Is this the same reason that unbelievers today are unable to come to Christ?
Yep.
I never referenced John 6 The bible tells us to choose so we can choose.
So are you saying that God and man are equal partners in salvation?
Consider:
God the Son: made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:[Philippians 2:7] Holy God lived among sinful man!
God the Son: hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: [1 Peter 3:18]
Now for man’s part in his Salvation, as described in Romans 3:10-18:
10. As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
13. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
14. Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
15. Their feet are swift to shed blood:
16. Destruction and misery are in their ways:
17. And the way of peace have they not known:
18. There is no fear of God before their eyes.
Now if there is none that seeketh after God. and There is no fear of God before their eyes.how is it that they work with God to save some?
The Bible also says to be holy, but we cannot be holy. And you were referencing John 6. this thread is about John 6 and the comment I originally said something to you about was John 6.
Here's you post that you referenced John 6 which is the point of the entire discussion.

The bible says we shall be holy. I belkieve God to be true in what He says.
I don't hold to the thinking that God "changes the will to accept Him."
I contend that God gives the man a "new nature" that includes a new will and the measure of faith. When that person is presented the gospel they believe because they have the capacity to believe.
It is not a matter of will choice, but of submission.
A believer submitting to the old nature's will does what that fallen will determines.
A believer submitting to the new nature's will does what the Spirit of God determines.
The unbeliever has only the fallen old nature will to which they will submit.
I am saying that according to scripture God elects and man chooses.
God gives a new nature (including will) so that that person may believe?
Well you are wrong. Scripture tells man to choose and the scripture itself is it was moves man along with the convicting work of the Spirit.Well you are wrong. According to Scripture man will not choose God. I even put the Scripture there for you to read.
But you are not holy and will never be holy(well, once your not holy your not holy).
The point is that you made an argument that isn't consistent.
God gives a new nature (including will) so that that person may believe?

Show us all this claim of yours in scripture.
Then you do not believe the word of God.
But through Christ we are made Holy and blameless in his sight. But you are not holy and will never be holy(well, once your not holy your not holy).
