For the rest of you, facts and logic will not avail you in your interactions with @Benjamin . His mind is made up.

Then you're denying facts and science. According to the CDC approximately 123 Americans die by suicide everyday,
We will soon have 3,000 people dying a day ...give me beak with your "denying the facts" with that weak comparison!
@Aaron obviously you haven't a clue of the facts. Google the daily deaths from COVID19 in the USA. I watch the numbers everyday and they are increasing daily and we're currently over 2,400 deaths yesterday. ...but no avail in giving you facts your mind is made up in ignorance.Source?

You/and @KenH are in denial of the dominating figures which reveal the truth about which factors are responsible for the devastation caused by COVID-19 and are one of many on a desperate search to substitute the greatest threat of contagion with unrealistic side issue comparisons through attempting to attribute lower-level threats as what should govern which direction we take to suit your personal paranoid hyper political agendas rather than focus on protecting the well-being of others who are old, sick and weak. No, it is you that needs to do some soul searching over what guides your desires.
Yes, Tucker is a huge disappointment with his joining in and promoting these "unrealistic side issue comparisons through attempting to attribute lower-level threats as what should govern which direction we take to suit your/his personal paranoid hyper political agendas rather than focus on protecting the well-being of others who are old, sick and weak."

According to worldometers.info there were 2,793 death in the US yesterday.
United States Coronavirus: 667,572 Cases and 33,903 Deaths - Worldometer
Don’t look now but your ignorance is showing… I said, "soon" and if you had a clue of the numbers you would know that is true.3000 a day in the US? When will this happen? Please be specific about your prediction.
The seasonal flu death rate 0.1%!!! Do you know anything about the facts or do you just repeat ignorant talking points like this is just like another flu? The current death in Italy who was the first to be hit after China is currently OVER 13%!!! The worldwide death rate is 6.6% and the death rate in the USA is currently at 4.4%. You are claiming the flu at 1 death out of a 1,000 is comparable to 7 out of 100?!? You need to stop talking before you remove any doubt of how ignorant you are being...The death rate is low like most flu...
You are the one with the prediction of trying to weigh the urgency of the threat of suicides against the number of deaths from the virus. Obviously in ignorance of what the numbers even are. You fail to show you even consider the lives saved by our sacrifice in the economy – that would be easily over a million lives here in the USA my ignorant non-calculating friend. No one is saying there is not a point in which we will have to open up the economy but you look upon the sacrifice we've made in hysterical panic and like a spoiled child make threats of people taking their own lives while turning a blind eye to the urgency that was absolutely necessary to save a much greater number of lives of people that would have had no choice but to lose their lives from the threat of an out of control virus! And yes! We may have to sacrifice a little more because the economy can come back, chicken little, but the lives lost if we keep control of this virus WILL NOT COME BACK! Your rational thinking is lost in hyper political paranoia, void of common sense and worst of all an unwillingness to make a sacrifice for others. Please predict what will happen to that number if the world economy takes a dive.
Tucker is way smarter than you on this. It's not even close.
So man up and admit your ignorance!Okay, so what?
No one is saying there is not a point in which we will have to open up the economy

I would eat Tucker’s lunch in a face to face debate over this issue and leave him with a scolding he would not soon forget.
No one knows the death rate of COVID-19.You don't know the death rate of COVID-19.
Well, we know what it was in Iceland, and we know what it was on the Diamond Princess. No one knows the death rate of COVID-19.
Both the "gloom and doom" guys and the "no problem here" guys are out on a limb. Neither position can be supported to a legitimate degree. We just do not know yet.Well, we know what it was in Iceland, and we know what it was on the Diamond Princess.
We don't know it anywhere in the U.S., because we're not testing the population. Benjamin's meaningless doomsaying is mostly about symptomatic cases in which people sought healthcare.
