Good thing you are not a pastor. You have no idea how to cogently present truth. You talk in weird circles and dance around what you are trying to get at. Just say what you want to say. Some people will suffer more than others. This.... "suggests that the torment will be limited so that someone who died in unbelief at an early age will not suffer the same as someone who denied access to God's truth to children. " That quote is an inference taken from a truth where Jesus said it will be more tolerable for some people and applies it to two situations that are not mentioned in the Bible, that you compare to each other as a way of trying to make one look like it should be tiny suffering and the other horrendous, long term suffering. Similar to the "If a woman married 7 men, who's will she be in the resurrection," type of question.

God can destroy, meaning end the existence of, the human soul in Gehenna. This is cogent.
