To quote Marie of "Donny & Marie" from many years ago as she was tied to the RR tracks or IN some other dilemma ---
"HALYUP, HALYUP"

I can get to the point of "Baptist Board Friends", but when I check the "Request to join" all I get is the page reloaded with "Cancel Request To Join".

The page just reloads with each check alternating between "request--" and "Cancel request--", with the remainder of the page un-changed; as afar as I can tell.

WHAT TO DO?????

There is a group of BB members growing on Facebook. One painful lesson I have learned and rightly so, is that harsh words on here can come back to bite you when you meet someone face to face (in a internet sense), you see their picture, their families, and their beliefs/interests. It will soften your tone even in disagreement.

I have already been bit once, and take it as a sign to tone down my wording sometimes. If you do not want it said face to face, do not say it that way.

Any thoughts?

Well, Gee Wally!!!!

Everyone here at BB are just so well trained, well groomed and well behaved---just like Beaver and Wally Cleaver

This new facebook idea is the next best thing to come along since Billy Graham made his "day-view"---its the Christian thing to do!!!!

Sorry, SaturnNep------I have a besafeonline filter that won't let me get on Facebook----however---my family and I are fixin' to make a move into our new house we're building here-------and will have to be equiped with a satalite system for internet---and I will do away with my besafeonline in lew of some other sort of filter that will enable facebook---then I'll be able to post pictures of the family farm----livestock---cows and bulls, dogs, chickens, tractors, corn and watermelon "patches" and junk like that!!!

The page has judged you unworthy. (Get Mozilla. It's more liberal).

Spinach isn't cool enough for Facebook.

Actually, the truth is, I already spend too much time on the web as it is, so I'm avoiding Facebook. I'm sure it would suck me in.

Just do what I did. Go ahead and sign up, and then avoid it!
