Your version of the verse is distorted:

Clement of Rome: And the Lord is pleased to purify Him by stripes.
(Epistle to the Corinthians, Sec. 16)
Justin Martyr: And the Lord is pleased to cleanse Him from the stripe.
    (First Apology, Ch 51)

Justin Martyr: And the Lord wills to purify Him from affliction.
    (Dialog with Trypho, Ch 13)

Augustine: The Lord is pleased to purge Him from misfortune.
(Baptism of Infants, Book 1, Section 54)

Augustine: The Lord is pleased to clear [Purgare] Him in regard to His stroke.
(Harmony of the Gospels, Book 1, Section 47)

John Chrysostom: it pleaseth the Lord to cleanse Him from His wound
(Homilies on First Corinthians, Homily 38)

    2 Corinthian 5

19namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Your claim is Christ was reconciling GOD to the world.

The problem is not that God has a problem with you, its that you have a problem with God.

God gave his son so we would be saved. Show us GOD TORTURED HIS SON so that you may be saved.

"It seems you think God is a monster because He executes His judgment upon the wicked."

Jesus Christ is not wicked. You claim GOD poured out his wrath on Jesus.

Show us the bible verse for your false gospel.

Its called a Penal Substitution theory, your theory is not the Gospel.

    2 Corinthians 5

3Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is accursed”; and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

"no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is accursed”"

That is exactly what those who preach false gospel are doing.

"When Jesus cried, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” it was the scream of the damned — damned in our place..." --John Piper.

You keep teaching that Jesus was damned, that God poured out his wrath on Jesus.

Scripture says NO one speaking with the holy spirit would ever say God poured out his wrath on Jesus.

Can't help you out there. It seems you think God is a monster because He executes His judgment upon the wicked. Tell us, what is God going to do to those who do not obey Him?

No. I am against your notion that God poured out his Wrath on Jesus. Show us this bible verse.

Show us the bible verse where Jesus was reconciling God to the world.

    1 John 3

16We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Show us the verse where you are called to be tortured by God for the bretheren.

    Colossians 2

13When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, 14having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

You would tell us the debt wasn't cancelled. It was charged on Jesus.

You have to stop thinking God is a monster for allowing Jesus Christ to be sacrificed for the sins of the world and for condemning unbelievers to hell.

    Here it is again...

Jhn 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Jhn 3:17 - For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Jhn 3:18 - He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

God is Love, not a monster, God so loved the world that He gave His Son. I'm sorry it upsets you, but not all will be saved, many will be sent to hell. This does not make God a monster.

    Amen.
God so loved the world that He gave His Son.

Show us the false gospel that "God so loved the world he tortured his son."

You just need to provide the verse that says "God poured out his wrath on Jesus".

Is there a verse that says "God poured out his wrath on Jesus" ? Yes or No?

2 Corinthians 5:19 (KJV) To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Amen that is the opposite. I already quoted it.

Which is true? which is false?

that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself,

that God was in Christ, reconciling GOD unto the world,

"God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself,"

Instead the opposite is preached God was not with Christ, he was separated and turned his back on Christ and God poured out his wrath on Christ. That in that moment God hated and damned Jesus.

Penal substitution theory is a theory not gospel.

Suppose "God" shows up and say I have great news I'm letting you in heaven, And out of my perfect mercy I am going to forgive you by torturing your daughter or son.

I can see a selfish person who doesn't care for their child equate that to mercy. But for someone who actually loves them that isn't mercy at all. You are paying in suffering.

You ever seen a parent watch their child suffer? Some parents will cry when a doctor gives their child an injection.

Jesus Christ is the most precious, That is my son. (not to say i gave birth to Jesus, I'm trying to illustrate how important Jesus actually is to me) How are you going to convince me you are showing me forgiveness and mercy by putting me through the worst suffering I could ever hope to pay out? That is my loved one, I rather be put in thousands of eternal hells than for you to lay a finger on someone I care for. For you to torture them is not showing me mercy at all. The real mercy would be me forgiving you for it.

Real forgiveness is the debt is cancelled. Torturing Jesus is making me pay out.

If you actually love Jesus your going to understand me quite quickly.

There is not one, but 4 gospels of Jesus Christ. They tell us the good news that we can be forgiven of our sins through the death and resurrection of the Savior, the promised Messiah, Jesus Christ. That there is life after this one here on earth for the believer. We are instructed above all to love God, show love to others, and to obey His commandments.

You just don't understand the atonement. You don't understand the passion of Christ.

Isa 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Jesus took on the pain and suffering willingly. He could have run away, He didn't. There was no "torture" as you see it, it was nothing but an expression of love.

    (continued)

    • [Act 26:20 NASB] 20 but [kept] declaring both to those of Damascus first, and [also] at Jerusalem and [then] throughout all the region of Judea, and [even] to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds[G2041] appropriate to repentance.

    • [Rom 3:20, 27-28 NASB] 20 because by the works[G2041] of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law [comes] the knowledge of sin. ... 27 Where then is boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? Of works?[G2041] No, but by a law of faith. 28 For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works[G2041] of the Law.
    • [Rom 4:2, 6 NASB] 2 For if Abraham was justified by works,[G2041] he has something to boast about, but not before God. ... 6 just as David also speaks of the blessing on the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works:[G2041]

Because [they did] not [pursue it] by faith, but as though [it were] by works.[G2041] They stumbled over the stumbling stone,
    • [Rom 11:6 NASB] 6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works,[G2041] otherwise grace is no longer grace.
    • [Rom 13:3, 12 NASB] 3 For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior,[G2041] but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; ... 12 The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds[G2041] of darkness and put on the armor of light.
    • [Rom 14:20 NASB] 20 Do not tear down the work[G2041] of God for the sake of food. All things indeed are clean, but they are evil for the man who eats and gives offense.
    • [Rom 15:18 NASB] 18 For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed,[G2041]
    • [1Co 3:13-15 NASB] 13 each man's work[G2041] will become evident; for the day will show it because it is [to be] revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work.[G2041] 14 If any man's work[G2041] which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. 15 If any man's work[G2041] is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
    • [1Co 5:2 NASB] 2 You have become arrogant and have not mourned instead, so that the one who had done this deed[G2041] would be removed from your midst.

    • [1Co 15:58 NASB] 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work[G2041] of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not [in] vain in the Lord.
    • [1Co 16:10 NASB] 10 Now if Timothy comes, see that he is with you without cause to be afraid, for he is doing the Lord's work,[G2041] as I also am.
    • [2Co 9:8 NASB] 8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed;[G2041]
    • [2Co 10:11 NASB] 11 Let such a person consider this, that what we are in word by letters when absent, such persons [we are] also in deed[G2041] when present.

    • [Gal 2:16 NASB] 16 nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works[G2041] of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works[G2041] of the Law; since by the works[G2041] of the Law no flesh will be justified.
    • [Gal 3:2, 5, 10 NASB] 2 This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by the works[G2041] of the Law, or by hearing with faith? ... 5 So then, does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by the works[G2041] of the Law, or by hearing with faith? ... 10 For as many as are of the works[G2041] of the Law are under a curse; for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT ABIDE BY ALL THINGS WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF THE LAW, TO PERFORM THEM."

    • [Eph 2:9-10 NASB] 9 not as a result of works,[G2041] so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works,[G2041] which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

    • [Phl 1:6, 22 NASB] 6 [For I am] confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work[G2041] in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. ... 22 But if [I am] to live [on] in the flesh, this [will mean] fruitful labor[G2041] for me; and I do not know which to choose.
    • [Phl 2:30 NASB] 30 because he came close to death for the work[G2041] of Christ, risking his life to complete what was deficient in your service to me.
    • [Col 1:10, 21 NASB] 10 so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please [Him] in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work[G2041] and increasing in the knowledge of God; ... 21 And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, [engaged] in evil deeds,[G2041]
    • [Col 3:17 NASB] 17 Whatever you do in word or deed,[G2041] [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.
    • [1Th 1:3 NASB] 3 constantly bearing in mind your work[G2041] of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father,
    • [1Th 5:13 NASB] 13 and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work.[G2041] Live in peace with one another.
    • [2Th 1:11 NASB] 11 To this end also we pray for you always, that our God will count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire for goodness and the work[G2041] of faith with power,
    • [2Th 2:17 NASB] 17 comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work[G2041] and word.
    • [1Ti 2:10 NASB] 10 but rather by means of good works,[G2041] as is proper for women making a claim to godliness.
    • [1Ti 3:1 NASB] 1 It is a trustworthy statement: if any man aspires to the office of overseer, it is a fine work[G2041] he desires [to do.]
    • [1Ti 5:10, 25 NASB] 10 having a reputation for good works;[G2041] [and] if she has brought up children, if she has shown hospitality to strangers, if she has washed the saints' feet, if she has assisted those in distress, [and] if she has devoted herself to every good work.[G2041] ... 25 Likewise also, deeds[G2041] that are good are quite evident, and those which are otherwise cannot be concealed.
    • [1Ti 6:18 NASB] 18 [Instruct them] to do good, to be rich in good works,[G2041] to be generous and ready to share,
    • [2Ti 1:9 NASB] 9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works,[G2041] but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity,
    • [2Ti 2:21 NASB] 21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these [things,] he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.[G2041]
    • [2Ti 3:17 NASB] 17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.[G2041]

    • [2Ti 4:5, 14, 18 NASB] 5 But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work[G2041] of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. ... 14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds.[G2041] ... 18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed,[G2041] and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him [be] the glory forever and ever. Amen.
    • [Tit 1:16 NASB] 16 They profess to know God, but by [their] deeds[G2041] they deny [Him,] being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed.[G2041]
    • [Tit 2:7, 14 NASB] 7 in all things show yourself to be an example of good deeds,[G2041] [with] purity in doctrine, dignified, ... 14 who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.[G2041]
    • [Tit 3:1, 5, 8, 14 NASB] 1 Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed,[G2041] ... 5 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds[G2041] which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, ... 8 This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds.[G2041] These things are good and profitable for men. ... 14 Our people must also learn to engage in good deeds[G2041] to meet pressing needs, so that they will not be unfruitful.
    • [Heb 1:10 NASB] 10 And, "YOU, LORD, IN THE BEGINNING LAID THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH, AND THE HEAVENS ARE THE WORKS[G2041] OF YOUR HANDS;
    • [Heb 2:7 NASB] 7 "YOU HAVE MADE HIM FOR A LITTLE WHILE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS; YOU HAVE CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOR, AND HAVE APPOINTED HIM OVER THE WORKS[G2041] OF YOUR HANDS;
    • [Heb 3:9 NASB] 9 WHERE YOUR FATHERS TRIED [Me] BY TESTING [Me,] AND SAW MY WORKS[G2041] FOR FORTY YEARS.
    • [Heb 4:3-4, 10 NASB] 3 For we who have believed enter that rest, just as He has said, "AS I SWORE IN MY WRATH, THEY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST," although His works[G2041] were finished from the foundation of the world. 4 For He has said somewhere concerning the seventh [day:] "AND GOD RESTED ON THE SEVENTH DAY FROM ALL HIS WORKS[G2041]"; ... 10 For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works,[G2041] as God did from His.
    • [Heb 6:1, 10 NASB] 1 Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works[G2041] and of faith toward God, ... 10 For God is not unjust so as to forget your work[G2041] and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints.
    • [Heb 9:14 NASB] 14 how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works[G2041] to serve the living God?
    • [Heb 10:24 NASB] 24 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds,[G2041]
    • [Jas 1:4, 25 NASB] 4 And let endurance have [its] perfect result,[G2041] so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. ... 25 But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the [law] of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual[G2041] doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.
    • [Jas 2:14, 17-18, 20-22, 24-26 NASB] 14 What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but he has no works?[G2041] Can that faith save him? ... 17 Even so faith, if it has no works,[G2041] is dead, [being] by itself. 18 But someone may [well] say, "You have faith and I have works;[G2041] show me your faith without the works,[G2041] and I will show you my faith by my works."[G2041] ... 20 But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works[G2041] is useless? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works[G2041] when he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? 22 You see that faith was working with his works,[G2041] and as a result of the works,[G2041] faith was perfected; ... 24 You see that a man is justified by works[G2041] and not by faith alone. 25 In the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works[G2041] when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? 26 For just as the body without [the] spirit is dead, so also faith without works[G2041] is dead.
    • [Jas 3:13 NASB] 13 Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds[G2041] in the gentleness of wisdom.
    • [1Pe 1:17 NASB] 17 If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one's work,[G2041] conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay [on earth;]

    • [1Pe 2:12 NASB] 12 Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good deeds,[G2041] as they observe [them,] glorify God in the day of visitation.
    • [2Pe 2:8 NASB] 8 (for by what he saw and heard [that] righteous man, while living among them, felt [his] righteous soul tormented day after day by [their] lawless deeds),[G2041]
    • [2Pe 3:10 NASB] 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works[G2041] will be burned up.

Because his deeds[G2041] were evil, and his brother's were righteous. ... 18 Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed[G2041] and truth.
    • [2Jo 1:11 NASB] 11 for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.[G2041]
    • [3Jo 1:10 NASB] 10 For this reason, if I come, I will call attention to his deeds[G2041] which he does, unjustly accusing us with wicked words; and not satisfied with this, he himself does not receive the brethren, either, and he forbids those who desire [to do so] and puts [them] out of the church.

    • [Rev 9:20 NASB] 20 The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works[G2041] of their hands, so as not to worship demons, and the idols of gold and of silver and of brass and of stone and of wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk;

    • [Galatians 3:13 NASB] 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us--for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE"--
Does that make Paul an 'antichrist'?
[Perhaps you need to rethink your position.]
