I just heard it and agree. Farrakan does not call Obama the Messiah in this video. The logo on his pulpit was "Saviour's Day". Wallace F. Muhammad is the messiah in the Nation of Islam. The following quote references him as "the Master".LeBuick said:I just heard it. He isn't calling Obama the Messiah, he said when the messiah speaks

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad identified the Master as being the answer to the one that the world had been expecting for the past 2,000 years under the names Messiah, the second coming of Jesus, the Christ, Jehovah, God, and the Son of Man.

So I guess of course you ahve proof someone is calling palin the messiah? If not, no comparission, since calling obama 'messiah' is the topic of this thread. So I guess you could start a new thread, if you have proof. But if not, lets stay on topic please, finally.LeBuick said:I believe you know what I was saying but since you want to open this door, we could start on Palin worship if you like.
I don't see anyone going to get an Obama haircut or a pair of Obama glasses. Do you really want to go down this road?
Just to warn you, this is an ugly road and the end has a bridge that goes nowhere.
not a hard time finding a link among the thousands on the net.LeBuick said:Where is the proof? All we have is an OP with a link that doesn't work.

I'm quite impressed with your stance! :applause:dragonfly said:Actually, the Word of God says:
Matt 24:24
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

But, I get what you are saying. I know I will not vote for Obama. I have changed my mind about this election. I don't particularly like McCain, but I cannot vote for Obama!
Great news, Dragonfly! I agree with Webdog above. I am glad to hear it. And I agree with you about McCain - the horrid two-party system has given us two awful candidates. While I think faithful Christians can have disagreements about whether or not to vote for McCain, I do not think voting for Obama is a viable option for a believer.dragonfly said:I know I will not vote for Obama. IOW, he is calling Obama some kind of prophet for the messiah. Kind of reminds me of the false prophet who heralds the Beast of Rev. 13.NiteShift said:Farrakhan says, among other things that, "Barack Obama is the herald of the messiah."
...and that is EXACTLY what I have thought of Obama from the beginning. I think 2012 could be the year Obama gets a "promotion" to the UN or EU. With the quick rise in popularity and power, the world would have no problem endorsing someone he puts full trust behind. I would not be surprised to see him become POTUS...the US economy taking off...and then being in the position to capitalize on this power surge.Andy T. said:IOW, he is calling Obama some kind of prophet for the messiah. ...and millions of voters will have to give an answer to God face to face for that...KenH said:Millions of your fellow believers, such as myself, will be doing exactly that - voting for Senator Obama.
