I corrected your claim because it was incorrect. Were you to have said the vaccine is 97% effective against becoming infected with covid I would have corrected you as well.

I think we both realize both sides manuplate statistics to suit their agenda.

No. The 95% effectiveness is legit based on the clinical trial data. I do not believe it is possible to measure the precise effectiveness of a vaccine mid-pandemic. That is why I believe we look at real time data. And that is why I offered Texas as an example. 40% of the deaths were among the unvaccinated. 45% of the infections (severe enough to be recorded) were among the unvaccinated. 55% of Texans are vaccinated.

The same trend is happening where I live. Most of the deaths are unvaccinated, most of the hospitalized are unvaccinated, most of the elderly and immunocompromised are vaccinated.

You ate playing a numbers game.

Lets go with your numbers and say 50% of covid deaths were among the vaccinated. But the vaccinated are a larger population. To come up with a usable figure you have to include the number in each group who did not die.

Let's reduce the population for illustration.

Let's say the world population is 100 people. Let's say 20 people died of covid, split 50/50.

You can say 50% of the deaths were vaccinated. But to use the information we need to know 80 are vaccinated and 20 unvacvinated.

Then you get 10/80 vaccinated died and 10/20 unvacvinated died.

This would be closer to accurate data. Unvacvinated deaths are 40% higher than vaccinated deaths.

I care about as much as you care about getting a vaccine. I said last month that it is time to move on. If people do not want to be vaccinated that is perfectly fine with me. But don't expect me to bow to their decision. I would never intentionally pass on covid or any other disease. But if they die of their decision I do not feel responsible for their death.

You should feel the sane about me. If I die because I did not believe risks associated with the vaccine because info was clouded by all the misinformation you have posted then the ownership is on me.

You have gone so evil in your stance, you now relish in killing the unvaxed and vaxed which the vaccine will not effectively protect.

yes, my outfit had been rubber stamping the exemptions, too ... but my concern has been a statement in every one 'em ... "accommodations will be determined at a later date."

What accommodations?

to me, having worked through this thing for 2 years demonstrates we can still work like the rest of the force successfully.

Anyhow ... chaos and confusion. We know the author of those and when these responses result in these ... we know it isn't from God.
