First charges filed in Mueller investigation

Washington (CNN) A federal grand jury in Washington, DC, on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, according to sources briefed on the matter.

The charges are still sealed under orders from a federal judge. Plans were prepared Friday for anyone charged to be taken into custody as soon as Monday, the sources said. It is unclear what the charges are.

Manafort is quite likely. Flynn is also an obvious choice. However, there are a number of others with dirty hands.

I suspect that Mueller is going to leverage these charges to get more cooperation from others that he is investigating. If people are being charged and you know you are guilty yourself and that the truth will come out, you will be more likely to initiate a deal.

What is going on here? Odd that CNN and other MSM know there is an indictment pending but they have no idea who, how many, and what charges, which tells me they either don't know or it's one of their own, like Podesta, and they are leaving it hanging to be intentionally misleading. Maybe they do know the name and they realize Bob has set a leak trap.

BB, heard it couldn't be Flynn, because this comes from a DC grand jury. Most think it's Manafort but his own lawyer doesn't. Long shots are Satar and Carter Page, some lefty lawyer thinks it's Trump son-in-law Jared but that's doubtful. Then, even others are going way off the wall and predicting Comey, which would be just hilarious, or Hillary, even moreso. Ivanka will have a meltdown if it's the husband, and Trump has been strangely silent.

Now if the populace had any intelligence at all the world would not be in its present condition and there would not be vast opportunities for men like Hannity and politicians who profit from this crap. The only consern I have is how can I profit from this without having to go into politics
