Looks like Trump should be worried about George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy advisor to his campaign. Papadopoulos was befriended by a "professor" who told him about thousands of Hillary Clinton emails the Russians had in their possession. Papadopoulos reported this to a "high-ranking campaign" official and did his darnest to arrange a meeting with Trump and Russian officials.

I would be happy for him to investigate that. You act as if the two things cannot be investigated together.

But please don't clutter this thread with the Uranium One allegations. Please take that to another thread.
OK but only because you authored the O/P but AFTER I answer your accusation against me in THIS post.

I will stop "acting" like these two things (which are actually the same thing - collusion with the Russians ) cannot be investigated together when Mueller indicts the Clintons.

BTW brother I appreciate your lively debates :Thumbsup Blessings.:)

Remains to be proven - and even if true so what!? It's only "opposition research" according to the DNC
Oops, that's right - that's only true when the Clintons pay the Russians for the intel.

The problem with your premise is that you demand indictment of the Clintons, whether they deserve to be indicted or not.

For the record, it wouldn't bother me a bit if the Clintons were indicted. But the indictments need to be solid enough to stick, or it undermines the credibility of the whole enterprise.

BTW brother I appreciate your lively debates :Thumbsup Blessings.:)
You are an honest and decent man. It's a shame we don't agree more often. However, one day the veil will be removed and we can look back on these things and laugh.

I'm looking forward to that :)

Don't conflate Manafort's indictment with Papa's guilty plea today, the two events occurring today are just a coincidence (or maybe not). Mueller just released some of the documents on Papa today.

Think he was a mole the whole time: Trump Campaign Officials Rebuffed Volunteer’s Attempts To Broker Meeting With Russian Government

Still no proof of collusion, and the Manafort/Gates indictment was for:

https://www.politico.com/f/?id=0000015f-6d73-d751-af7f-7f735cc70000

things not related to Trump, and Group A in the above was the Podesta Group, B was Mercury. Investigation has expanded.

Why is the "Uranium One" deal crap? That deal, which gave our enemy Russia 20% of the uranium deposits in North America affects us all. It directly affects our national security and it is outrageous that any American would sell out his/her country in this way. It's quite funny that with the Clinton's no longer having anything to sell (their government power) most if not all of the donations to their "charity" have now dried up. Coincidence? Yeah, right. And guess what, Billy Bob is not longer getting 500k per speech either. This was corruption at it's highest level and the perpetrators Bill and Hillary should be brought to the bar of justice.
If true yes...personally I detest the woman.. from Benghazi

Yup. This will be more problematic than the Manafort indictment.

OK so a couple of you were correct - Manafort and Flynn.

Bellwethers - these two will be used to test the waters and look for a path to lead to an impeachment of Trump.

I believe the path is predetermined.

If the Republicans are weak-kneed in their response, Mueller will hurry down that path.

If the RNC has the courage to pursue the Clinton machine RE:Uranium One, then that will certainly muddy the waters.

My opinion of course.

I haven't heard about Flynn (yet). Paul Manafort and Rick Gates were indicted, surrendering to authorities Monday and facing a 12-count indictment. George Papadopoulos, a former foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign, pleaded guilty for giving false information to the FBI about his connections to foreign officials with ties to the Russian government.

I don't think Trump has anything to be worried about concerning collusion with Russia.

Period.

But democrats do.

Report: Podesta Group is Company 'B' in Manafort Indictment

The Podesta Group is one of the two unnamed lobbying firms mentioned in the grand jury indictment of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his partner Rick Gates that was unsealed on Monday, sources told NBC News.
The indictment, issued by the special counsel probing Russian interference and any collusion in the presidential election, listed 12 counts of money laundering, tax evasion, violation of lobbying regulations, and making false statements related to their work on behalf of the Ukrainian interests from 2006 through 2016.

The indictment referred to two companies that Manafort and Gates hired on behalf of a pro-Russian Ukrainian organization — “Company A” and “Company B.” NBC News confirmed that “Company A” is Mercury Public Affairs, and “Company B” is the Podesta Group.

Hours after the indictment was unsealed Monday morning, Tony Podesta, co-founder and chairman of the Podesta Group resigned from his position, as first reported by Politico. Podesta founded the firm with his brother John Podesta, who served as Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman.

The report noted that Monday’s indictment also “provides a glimpse into the material special prosecutor Robert Mueller has corroborated on” Mercury and the Podesta Group, and “the potential legal repercussions both groups could face.”

I predict these most if not all of these charges will be disproven and this whole thing will be seen as a massive overreach and proseceturial abuse.

Good, flush them all out. Maybe this will make those that claim this whole thing is a “witch hunt” pay attention now that it appears everybody is fair game.

Hilarious how the whole Mueller probe is a waste of time but now all of a sudden it is the truth now that a Democrat is involved. :Roflmao

Whatever it takes I guess.

Deny, deny, deny... sounds familiar.

HankD
That's because there's nothing there. Millions of $ were sp0ent on witch hunts in the 90's against both Clintons. Much more than was spent on the totally inadequate 9/11 investigation. There were SEVEN investigations into Benghazi even after the mother of the killed diplomat pleaded with the Republicans to stop politicizing her son's death. House Benghazi Report Finds No New Evidence of Wrongdoing by Hillary Clinton

This was TOTALLY political. Then we had those endless investigations into Hillary's emails when Bush's administration sent MILLIONS of emails over a private server and refused to provide those after emails were subpoenaed by the Congress. The Republicans in Congress have done NOTHING for the last EIGHT years. We have serious issues to address and they have refused to cooperate with the Democrats to get anything done. They's the equivalent of the "Do Nothing" Party in Lincoln's time.

There are over 200 separate illegal acts alledged in the charges against Manafort, all before 2015.
