Agreed!
I don't think the gay rights movement is anti-Christian (or at last the most vocal ones are) because they hate Christians so much as they've been brainwashed and manipulated into the mindset in various ways. They're deceived, and they are people who need to be reached just as any other sinner.
I actually have a couple (non-Christian) friends who are gay. They're not hostile towards Christianity, even knowing my views.
I have several neighbors who are gay, and they know I am a pastor! We are quite neighborly and civil towards one another, and I happen to think they are very nice people.
Of course, in my heart, I know that without Jesus, they will spend eternity in hell! Please don't ask me why I don't witness to them.
I don't witness to them for the same reason I don't discuss Obamacare or how Obama is making a mess of this nation with Balck folk! I do not wish to entertain stressful drama!
I don't witness to gays for the same reason I don't go up to Hispanics marching and carrying signs DEMANDING amnesty. It would end in drama, and I just don't do drama any longer.
I don't witness to gays for the same reason I don't witness to the Moron boys or the Jehovah Witnesses who come to my door.
You see; all these groups have their minds and hearts pretty much set on his or her life style, and little I do, other than getting into an argument with them [that never ends well] is going to change them.
I know this because my own daughter is a lesbian, and not just a lesbian, and an anti-Christian, God-hating, militant gay! Talking to her is a lost cause, like she is!
You see; Jesus did give permission to walk away from those whose minds are dead set against John 3:16 ... to shake the sand from our sandals and proceed on down the road!
Are gay's anti Christian? Not openly, and of course, they don't go around looking for a fight, just like I don't go around looking for one with them. They seem content to live in the way they have chosen to live, and like Paul said in Romans 1, I think the above folks have been TURNED over to the folly of their minds and hearts, and they will have to answer for their choices!
That is how I see it... and in fact, that is the rest of the story, good day!
