I find it disheartening to see how this thread has devolved into petty argument.
Let's get back to answering the OP, shall we?
In other words, the fall of Lucifer coincided with the Fall of Adam.
It might have been one day after, or a week...we do not know.
To me, God said it was "very good" on day 6.
On day 7 He rested.
Then on day 8 or thereafter, is when Lucifer desired to be like the Most High, and the Lord cast him to Earth for his pride and inciting rebellion in Heaven.
That is when "very good" changed to "corrupt".
God is holy, and His holiness is expressed in absolutes...
If He says something is "very good", then it meets His standard of perfection.
That is my own opinion, and nothing more.
It is based on deduction...
But the Scripture is silent on the exact timing, and so should we be.
Seeing what others have written here, I felt the need to clarify a few things:
For the record, I am "Young Earth", and to me, an "Old Earth" cannot be proven with either man's so-called "science" or his observations.
As I see it, true science weaves in God's word and that is what guides our observations...
Not the other way around;
And it definitely does not ignore God's word on a matter.
Unrepentant men seek to "prove" their observations without regard to God and His creating it all, and theorize all sorts of things while they hold the truth in unrighteousness.
Repentant men acknowledge God's right to both create and to rule that Creation.
They also believe His words as they stand, and, ultimately, do not seek to go beyond them.

As stated in another thread, my personal observation based on my studies is that Lucifer had yet to fall before day 7 ended. What was his status at this very moment?
