It's going to be nonstop lawyering from election night until the EC electors cast their votes.

Florida plans to know its winner on election night. If Biden wins Florida, it’s basically over, and Trump will have no way to cause any legal trouble as winning Florida would mean Biden would only need one state out of AZ, MI, WI, NC, PA, TX, OH, IA to go over 270 Electoral College Votes.

Even Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart, gives Trump only a 50-50 chance.

Based on enthusiasm for Trump I think it is unlikely that the Democrat’s antics are going to be enough to enable a dragged-out election to be settled by lawyers and rioters. I hope not, this country has gone through too much division as is. I suspect Trump’s victory will be evident enough on election night that Biden will concede and hopefully he would have the integrity to call for peace, that is my prayer.

I would not be shocked to have a Trump victory along the lines Reagan’s 1984 landslide. I think it is heading that way but wouldn't discount how strong some of the opposition is so I don't expect a 49 state victory, but maybe a 400+ electoral vote count. I remember standing in line for the 1984 election, it was the first I ever voted and much like this election the enthusiasm was very high yet there were many predictions that Reagan would lose.

I see the need to not to let our guard down or arrogantly proclaim an upcoming victory that would weaken the momentum for people to get out and vote but am cautiously optimistic that there is not much to worry about Biden’s chances to win. It would not even make sense when one considers the lack of excitement around him winning and lack of enthusiasm to even hear him speak.

Another reason for a Red Wave is that the Democratic base continues to weaken:

Kanye, then Ice Cube and now 50 Cent wants to make it a buck.

Canace Owens hard at work telling the truth:

“In September, according to polling done by Rasmussen, Trump’s approval rating among African Americans reached 45%. Keep in mind that President Trump only received 8% of the Black vote in 2016. If Trump received just 16% of the Black vote this November, let alone an even higher number, that would all but secure states like Michigan for Trump.”

Tom Del Beccaro: A Trump 'surprise' victory is in the offing -- here are the 10 tea leaves pointing to it

Lest we forget to factor in the Latino swing:

“Trump could well receive a historic level of support from Latino Voters in 2020. In Florida, a NBC/Marist poll had Trump leading among Latinos 50% to 46% over Biden, whereas, in 2016, Hillary won among Latinos in Florida 62% to 35%. That would be a 15% swing toward Trump if it held up on Election Day.

After the first debate between Biden and Trump, a Telemundo poll showed Trump winning the debate overwhelmingly 66% to 34%. Snap media polls tend to reflect the sentiment of their viewers. Thus, it is no surprise that CNN viewers said Biden won the debate. The fact that Telemundo viewers decisively picked Trump as the winner, along with polls like those cited above in Florida, portend Trump getting the highest ever Latino support of any Republican presidential candidate.”

I noticed that Biden advertised during this evening’s “Lucha Underground” episode on the El Rey Network. Trump seems to be missing an opportunity, especially with his history in the WWE.

It’s the same every cycle. The traditional media puts out polls showing the dems winning double digits. It is designed to suppress conservative votes.

As Election Day nears, the polls “tighten” but the dem still leads 3-5 points.

After the election, the traditional media and dem supporters cry rivers of tears and wonder how their polls could be so wrong. In 2004, one commentator suggested the actual votes shouldn’t be believed since all the polls showed Kerry winning.

peace to you
