Good Idea to Nuke Iran?

Bible commands the true believers to consider Israel with loving kindness since the Apostles were the Israelites who loved the gentiles and preached them the Gospels running the risks of their lives while we were pagan believers.

Even though Israel is not accepting Yeshuah as their Messiah, we need to pay special care to them with the good patience.
Iran has been a problem and threat not only to Israel but also to the whole international community, but more fundamental problem with Iran is that they are defying God with enormous hatred against Christian believers.
If anyone doesn't know such fact but claim to be a Christian believer, I would doubt about the faith of such person.
Unfortunately the world is running into the direction as Ezekiel prophesied, but we will see the end of it.

That's the exact same problem with non-Christian Jews. They are defying God.

Iran has not violated the Non-Proliferation Treaty. Unless it does, it is wrong for a Christian to advocate attacking Iran.

They are not defying God, but misunderstand Him. We should distinguish between 2. Jews are not killing people but used to be the victims in the history. Muslims behead the necks of the Chrisitians, which are not done by Jews.

Iran has violated the NPT in tricky way, refused the inspection by IAEA in slick and tricky way.
Christians must stand for defense of the Truth.
The authority of state and government is different from individual's and the government must take the proper action as the shadow of God's justice.

No, it is not stupid to not act unilaterally; I believe we need to get Russia and China involved in containment. There are other ways besides war.
The administration has been trying for at least the last two years to get the Russians and Chinese to use whatever influence they have on Iran. Not to mention the efforts of the EU, which the US has encouraged. I think that they would welcome any sort of negotiations that would make this problem go away.

With your contention that Iran has every right to possess nukes as a deterrent ['after all, we have them!'] misses the point that even more countries in the region may feel compelled to develop nuclear weapons of their own in response. The Persians and the Arabs have been at odds for centuries. Sounds like a real good situation doesn't it.

So no, it's not a good idea to use nukes except as a last resort. But there are many other effective weapons in the arsenal besides nuclear weapons.

Maybe Iran won't have to nuke us... they can just set up enough forums for us to tear each other apart.

And indeed there have been policemen in the UK who have been charged - and convicted - of manslaughter in such circumstances (the example which springs to mind is the guy shot dead who was carrying a table leg home from the shop)

1) That's a double standard. One still ends up in Hell regardless of whether he defys God or "misunderstands" Him if he doesn't come to Jesus in repentance and faith.

2) No, it hasn't.
