Cornelius was unsaved till Peter preached the Gospel to him and his household!
Cornelius was most definitely 'other sheep not of this fold':
16 And
other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice: and they shall become one flock, one shepherd. Jn 16
...and, there were MORE of them among the Nations than there were among the Jews:
1 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for
more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith Jehovah.

Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them
stretch forth the curtains of thy habitations; spare not:
lengthen thy cords, and
strengthen thy stakes.

thou shalt spread aboard on the right hand and on the left; and
thy seed shall possess the nations, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. Isa 54

'As lightning lights up the entire sky, from the east unto the west, so is He in His kingdom'. A marvelous fulfillment of many OT prophecies, I call it 'the enlargement':
24 for
as the lightning, when it lighteneth out of the one part under the heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven;
so shall the Son of man be in his day. Lu 17
And he shall send forth his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Mt 24:31
