Several people have written books about the demonic character and origins of rock music. Many secular rock musicians have testified that rock music is demonic music. It's regrettable that you apparently are unaware of the literature pertaining to this subject.
As for your illustrations:
No, I do not hold that singing without musical instruments is demonic. There are passages in Scripture where people sang without any mention of musical instruments.
I have never made the claim that using a piano in church is satanic because it is a worldly instrument.
I have never said that wearing a wedding ring is a sin. Scripture provides sufficient basis for holding otherwise.

I guess whatever kind of pornography that is not sexually immoral would be fine.
Several people have written books about Christian rock reaching people with the gospel also.
I don't really care what books people write (pro or against music).
I am asking you why you believe that rock music originated among the occult.
What passages are you speaking of where Scripture states people sang without instruments?
Why is Christians playing a paino NOT glorifying Satan? A paino is a worldly instrument.
Why is wearing a wedding ring NOT a sin? It originated in ancient pagan cultures and our secular culture uses wedding rings.
What about songs heavy in harmony (like many hymns)? That was not done in Scripture (it's a secular Western trait).
It appears that to you God does not matter - you are the standard by which you decide if something is godly.

No. You made a claim. You provided absolutely no factual information.
I actually did the research. I know how and when rock music originated.
I know that any claim rock and country music is occult. And many believe singing a hymn accompanied by a paino is a sin. But I don't care.
The main issue is WHY people believed that rock music was occult. The reason is racism (the music originated among Black Americans, it naturally grew out of the Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Country and Gospel music).
So yes, there was a time when many considered the music to be occult because it originated with Black Americans in the 1950's. Books were written about how Black people were influencing White culture. People were complaining when Black children started attending school with White children.
I know the history.
I am just surprised that racism exists today. And I suspect that is why you are so reluctant to give your reason for the opinion.

Your claims about the origins of wedding rings rely on information from the writings of other people. You have no ability to establish validly what godly people did or did not do in that respect prior to the Flood.

Apparently, however, you view yourself as the final word on this subject so perhaps you should contact them to see if you can help them understand their "faulty" views.
So how do you know there were no instruments?
I know the paino is a worldly instrument because I know Bartolomeo Cristofori invented it to compose worldly music. It was to replace the harpsichord.

Many were into the occult. Many were Christians. They can only testify to their experiences and how they use music.
Many folk musicians who wrote the type of music that accompany hymns were occultists. Many were not.
I like poetry. Many poets were into mysticism. Many were not. Who cares?
The issue is that I know how rock, gospel (traditional Black gospel music), and the blues became associated with the occult.
Does that make you a racist? I don't know. It is a racist view designed by racist people to guard White culture. You may not have realized that. I doubt that the case but give you the benefit of that doubt (most of the time when oeople repeat racist claims it is because some level of racism exists).

In seriousness, the first wedding rings were made of a type of rope. This was ancient Egypt. It was long after the flood that actual rings could be made. The first wedding rings were Roman iron. It was later that gold and sil er were used. The significance was unending love (think of the snake eating it's tail).
But more to the point, how does complying with the modern secular world by wearing a wedding ring set a Christian apart from the World? If anything we should come up with another way of saying two Christians are married....by your logic.
