After my post #60, I see Dave Gilbert went back and edited his post 59 to include "this is my last post."
Bottom line, in my post #40, I asked HankD 5 questions looking for the specific tenets of Calvinism he rejects. I got no specific response, instead I got he has problems with them.
However, in posts 42 and 43, Dave offered his answers to the 5 questions, citing dozens of verses supposedly supporting his Calvinistic view. I picked just one of them, 2 Corinthians 4:4, and demonstrated it did not support total spiritual inability affecting all of the lost, unbelieving people.
My view is the gospel is hid from those who make up soil #1. They do not hear nor understand the gospel, the god of this age has indeed blinded their minds I presented my view in post #54.
I also noted that the verse, 2 Corinthians 4:4 actually refutes the "T" of the TULIP because the god of this age could not have blinded people who were, according to the "T" already blind. The absurd answer, he blinded them but he did not have to blind them. No kidding, that was the response.
Once again, there is no actual support anywhere in scripture for the TULI of the TULIP.
