Simply repeating yourself is not a valid debate technique.

How do you know that they have no chance of repealing the law?
If they spend 1 dollar it is still a fraud and a waste as they know they have no chance of repealing the law. This is election year politics as usual at the expense of the people.

Yes, I am sure that you think that you are answering the question.

Thanks Republicans. But, hey, it is only our tax money.

SO! Are we to believe that if the House had not spent that time on Obamacare they would not have been paid. My understanding is that they get an annual salary whether they are working or not.

Crabtownboy: If you really are concerned about the cost of Congress then moan and groan about the democrat controlled Senate. They have not passed a budget since 2009, contrary to law. Of course they take their lead from Obama and believe that law does not apply to them.

I wonder why no one has answered my original question.

How much did it cost ( administration ) to pass Obama Care.

Is voting a waste of time NO, NO, NO!!!

The Republicans want Americans to know which Congressman voted for socialism and to remember that on election day.

Well worth the cost. As Carpo said, we could save well over one Billion $ !

Yes voting on this is a waste of time when you know you cannot get the vote.

Free, you answered a question I DID NOT ASK!!!
Now, how about answering the question I asked in post # 26

and while you are at it, do you think the Republicans should keep the socialism issue before the American people?

Now to answer a question you did not ask. It is not a waste of money - if conservatives can get enough Congressman elected in November, then we WILL be able to repeal this bad law.

What will your take be if conservatives loose seats in the upcoming election? [Just curious.]

The republicans are little better then the Democrats. We are now a Marxist nation in its beginning because of this law being allowed to stand and even if repealed it will not undo the damage its passing has done. The only way to undue the damage is through the court or a constitutional amendment saying it is not constitutional to penalize people for not doing something and that is not going to happen.

You mentioned conservatives. There is only one maybe two conservatives in congress, Ron and Ran Paul. Calling the republicans conservative is a joke.

On this issues, both sides are equally guilty. This is why Congress has a 13% approval rating. It is their job to pass budgets, control spending, and use our tax dollars wisely. The whole atmosphere is poisioned. Both sides are willing to spend millions and billions of dollars to make a point and waste time on issues that they know will not pass. The reason they will not pass is a creation of their own making. Ninety nine percent of the Congress is more concerned with playing games, wasting money, holding on to power, and taking time off from work than they are about running the country by the Constitution and serving the people. Not a one of them deserve reelection, and a good part of them deserve prison.

Since you believe that Obama will be re-elected...

Is it a waste of time and money to hold the next election?

Yes voting on this is a waste of time when you know you cannot get the vote

Then you would be in favor of canceling the November Presidential elections and declare Obama the President for four more years?

Or is your above post simply more proof that you don't bother to read what others write before responding?

It's time Congress "spends money" on repealing laws--a LOT of them--and stop ramming them through like water.

My take will be that we have passed the tipping point where those who receive their handouts from the government out number those who pay for them.

Such a circumstance was predicted when it was observed that voters can vote for themselves to raid the national treasury.
