A conservative would say those people had no health insurance because they couldn't afford it (so they shouldn't get treatment) or they would say they are just lazy and should get off their butts and buy health insurance.

You are welcome...I got it from listening to countless conservatives who told me I can't be a Christian unless I'm "one of them". If you wouldn't say that, then you are a rare conservative with new doctrines that I have never heard before.

FYI...if I were told I had to be a liberal to be a Christian I would rebel against that too.
