How does Revealtion 20:10 Support annihilation?

The 1000 years represent Satan's binding, not the kingdom. When Satan is loosed he attacks the kingdom. Plus, we need to limit Revelation 20 to Jesus' definition of the kingdom as spiritual. If we drag Jewish physical kingdom ideas into Revelation 20, we add to the book. = huge problem.
The Beasyt and false prophet are still future, and so they are thrown into hell years before satan is!

They've been here off and on since the first century. The reason you missed it is because you look for the symbols of Revelation to happen, and overlook what the symbols represent.

There will be a final beast and false prophet right before the Second Coming!

If they are specific people, who are they?

Recently we saw this in America. The Obama administration passed sinful laws that people could not buy or sell unless they complied with them. Since the laws only affected a small segment, Christian businesses that catered to weddings and the like, people took little notice. But the Christian bakers and wedding host could not operate unless they complied. So in this case, those favoring the sinful laws received the mark. And those who resisted them did not.

But this is the case throughout history, ever since Nero and the Papacy, Christians suffered and died from not receiving the mark

It's been here in different forms since the first century. But overlooked by those expecting Revelation's symbols to appear instead of what the symbols represent.

Oh, what is the difference between annihilation being disproved and the eternal nature of hell? Are you saying the soul is destroyed rather than tormented forever in hell?

The Bible does not teach annihilation or eternal hell. It teaches hell which lasts for an age -- an eon, "aion". I challenge anyone to prove that an age is an eternity.

I am the only one here who interprets hell literally based on the original languages -- or the only one I know about.

I have always wondered why "age" is translated as eternal by the translators. Because man is vindictive by nature and God is not?

Are you SDA?

Why do you say that eternal hell is a doctrine of man? Are you SDA?

Revelation 20:10 (KJV) And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

I have already said that "for ever and ever" is a mistranslation. The correct rendering means age-long or age-enduring -- or here specifically, unto the ages of ages. Now that is evidently a very long time. But you still can't make it mean eternal. An age is a limited time period. God determines how long. I still wouldn't want to be in hell, even for an age.

So, Rebel1, you do not believe God is eternal, but that He had a beginning and will have an end?

And you do not believe our new life in Christ is eternal but will have an end?

Why? How can you call yourself a Christian if you do not believe in an eternal God nor in eternal life?

So, Rebel1, you don't believe John 3:16 is teaching that believers have eternal life? After all, the Greek word translated "eternal" is αιωνιον!

By the way, where did you study Greek? Bachelor's Degree? Masters? Ph.D.? How many hours and did you write a thesis or dissertation I can look at?

You'll forgive me if I choose not to answer this in detail, as I have learned the hard way to guard my privacy on online forums. I'll just say that I have an advanced seminary degree.
