I mean she had no idea how to answer any question while failing to show even a passing knowledge of current educational issues during her initial grilling but she's rich so she's qualified...which was also a question that left her (and most of America) speechless.

Here's a few things Wikipedia lists concerning her history with Education:

DeVos is known as a "a fierce proponent of school vouchers" that would allow students to attend private schools with public funding.[57] According to The New York Times, it "is hard to find anyone more passionate about the idea of steering public dollars away from traditional public schools than Betsy DeVos."[42]

DeVos served as chairwoman of the board of Alliance for School Choice.[58] She heads the All Children Matter PAC which she and her husband founded in 2003 to promote school vouchers, tax credits to businesses that give private school scholarships, and candidates who support these causes.[59] Over the years, DeVos and her husband have provided millions in funding for the organization. In 2008, All Children Matter was fined a total of $5.2 million after the Ohio Elections Commission brought a case for campaign spending violations.[60] The fine was never paid.[61][62]

Her other activities on behalf of public-school reform have included membership on the boards of directors of the Advocates for School Choice, the American Education Reform Council, and the Education Freedom Fund.[63] She has chaired the boards of Choices for Children, and Great Lakes Education Project (GLEP).[64]

DeVos is Chair of the American Federation for Children (AFC), which describes itself as "a leading national advocacy organization promoting school choice, with a specific focus on advocating for school vouchers and scholarship tax credit programs." It is affiliated with the Alliance for School Choice.[65]

During the 1990s, she served on the boards of Children First America and the American Education Reform Council, which sought to expand school choice through vouchers and tax credits. She and her husband worked for the successful passage of Michigan's first charter-school bill in 1993,[citation needed] and for the unsuccessful effort in 2000 to amend Michigan's constitution to allow tax-credit scholarships or vouchers. In response to that defeat, DeVos started a PAC, the Great Lakes Education Project, which championed charter schools. DeVos's husband and John Walton then founded All Children Matter, a political organization, which she chaired.

Where's yours?

As to the questions being asked, some pretty insane stuff going on. Exactly what issues do you think she should be up to date on? Which bathroom is to be used by who? How homosexuality should be taught to children? How Evolution is true?

So again...what do you know about Education which hasn't been googled in the last fifteen minutes that would convince anyone you are not equally clueless?

God bless.

Changed your mind in a hurry, I see. Just five minutes ago you said:

My position has never changed. I am not defending Trump, I am glad about the loss of Clinton and the departure of Obama.

Here it is again:

Today we are expected to...

Agree that someone born a man is actually a woman (the Lord made a mistake in assigning this person obviously);

Agree that the murder of infants is acceptable practice;

Agree that homosexuality is okay and the Lord is wrong on that as well;

Agree that children have no need to follow the accepted authority of adults in positions of leadership over them;

Agree that using drugs is just as safe as using alcohol (kind of like debating whether using a noose or a shotgun do one's self in, if you ask me);

Agree that protestors have the right to riot and break the law;

Agree that morality is relative;

Agree that tolerance and political correctness is defined by those in power;

Agree that great great great granpa swung from a tree.

What in this has anything to do with Trump?

God bless.

Here it is again:

My answers would be "No" to all of your questions.

What in this has anything to do with Trump?

You voted for a guy that supports several of these positions. You are on the record as favoring some of these things. But then again, you have no problem voting for the lesser of two evils.

1) I don't stay awake from fear of bear attacks in my children's school.

2) the difference between growth and proficiency which was one of many questions she was oblivious.

My answers would be "No" to all of your questions.

Then why do you support agendas that support them? Why do you support candidates that shake their fist in the face of God?

You voted for a guy that supports several of these positions.

He supports them because you post a picture?

As I said, give me the source so I can see the context.

But as I also said, should I be surprised? I don't view Trump any more a Christian than Obama or Clinton, and the reasons I voted for him are many. Those would be that he has an obligation to conservative voters. I like his foreign policy. I don't have a problem with a secular man in a secular office, what I have a problem with is people who call themselves Christians supporting issues that are contrary to the Word of God.

You are on the record as favoring some of these things.

This gives insight into your commentary.

What is it again that I have been "in favor of?"

Kind of contradict the list, doesn't it?

But then again, you have no problem voting for the lesser of two evils.

That is correct. Both candidates are non-Christians, but one of them is more likely to be in favor of issues that impact not just this country but Christians.

Beats Muslim Sympathizers any day.

God bless.

1) I don't stay awake from fear of bear attacks in my children's school.

Obviously you have never lived in Alaska.

I have, and a fear of bears is a healthy fear.

From who's perspective? If you bothered to read her credentials you would see that she advocates options rather than growing and fine tuning the corrupt system we have today.

That as opposed to the Government we now have having a stranglehold on Education.

Again, I ask...what are your credentials? Anyone can armchair quarterback. I am all for anyone who wants to give people options rather than sending them to Public School.

And that is about all the time, or patience, that I have for a discussion like this.

God bless.

Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz shake their fists at God? That would be news to me.

Do your research. Obviously your research prior to this election was:

1) Trump is not Hillary

This gives insight into your commentary.

What is it again that I have been "in favor of?"

Are you dense? You voted for Trump. He's in favor of transgender bathrooms, gay marriage, moral relativity, protesters breaking the law, etc.

Beats Muslim Sympathizers any day.

Even strawman Muslim Sympathizers?

Apparently you don't have any idea what that question was about either. My credentials are that I am a parent with kids affected by her decisions or lack thereof.

Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz shake their fists at God? That would be news to me.

So you voted for these two? lol

If you want to convince me...then instead of being hostile to what I posted simply state you are in agreement. So far it looks like agreement with two of them, want to go for the others?

Do your research. Obviously your research prior to this election was:

1) Trump is not Hillary

Now you are catching on.

Are you dense?

Sometimes, why do you ask?

You voted for Trump. He's in favor of transgender bathrooms, gay marriage, moral relativity, protesters breaking the law, etc.

Because you say he is?

Where are your sources...for the last time.

Even strawman Muslim Sympathizers?

If you have been awake for the last eight years and you do not understand that Obama is a Muslim Sympathizer then you have...

my sympathy.

So here is another question for you: are you okay with Obama giving money to Iran? I don't have to wonder if Trump is going to do that.

The man is a Traitor of the highest caliber.

God bless.

That's pretty impressive but I think I am going to have to credit Betsy DeVoss as slightly more qualified than you.

Yes, he is sympathetic to Muslims. But you said Muslim SympathizerS

So here is another question for you: are you okay with Obama giving money to Iran?

No.

Let me save you some time. Here is the results of a political spectrum test that I took when it was popular on BB last year.

She has a pet project and lots of money to throw at it. Rich woman likes private schools. Shocker of the year.

Oh and a BA from Calvin College (not in education). Wow, hand her the keys.

Okay, you don't have sources, or are too lazy to presaent them.

Doesn't change the fact that my goal is not to champion Trump, but to point out the lunacy of the liberals in this country which stands in direct contradiction to the Word and Will of God.

And do you agree with the list? Nope. You want to argue. Good Job ITL. Your first comment to me was derisive and that is just about all I expect from you at this point.

Yes, he is sympathetic to Muslims. But you said Muslim SympathizerS

And?

Are you seriously going to tell me that now you are going to say that only Obama is a Muslim Sympathizer?

Let me remind you of Clinton's campaign to "carry on Obama's Legacy. " And those are the people she looked to for votes. Those of the "tolerant" persuasion, who, when they don't get their way throw bricks and burn cars.

No.

...how exactly?

Okay, that's it for me. Apparently you are unable to discuss these issues without somehow making yourself the center of the issue. Guess what, amigo, its just a question trying to find out your view on Obama funding Terrorism and the greatest sponsor of terrorism in the world. You okay with negotiating with terrorists?

Let's see if Trump does that or he maintains the position/s he spoke while campaigning.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled quibbling.

And how much money have you spent in advocating for the children of other people?

And I listened to her response concerning guns in school and banning gun free school zones...I don't have a problem with that. As I said, you have never lived in Alaska apparently, or a state where wild animals are a concern.

Sounds to me you are pretty clueless about the realities of situations like that.

;)

No. I'm going to tell you when someone says Muslim sympathizers I don't think of one person with a specific name. Please write with more clarity.

Asked and answered and the answer is still no.

Okay, that's it for me. Apparently you are unable to discuss these issues without somehow making yourself the center of the issue.

Sheesh. You're the one that gave me a list of questions to answer!

You okay with negotiating with terrorists?

No.

I am elated that the O will be gone. And I am extremely relieved and happy that The Donald will be in charge. His cabinet is top-notch as well.

But I pray for his safety and security. These are dangerous times --nothing in the past history of our Republic can compare with it.

Peaceful transition? Hmm... The O has made sure that it is anything but that. And he will not renounce the violence nor the charge that Trump is illegetimate.

More things will be revealed about the Zero once he leaves office. He is a traitor to our nation. He made backroom deal with terrorist organizations. He openly favors Islam and denigrates Christianity.

Let him spend his own money for more elaborate and costly vacations.
Gone as POTUS yes but he isn't gone. First he is 55 years old & he has indicated he wants to be in politics still. He can easily get into the Democrats political shell and work with them ...after all, they are looking for a leader & all these angry women and actors appear love him.

Still, I think BO's success if he still wants to be in the game is directly proportional to how Trump performs. My opinion only.
