For what? What evidence is there to substantiate that claim? Lastly what good would it do to drag through a congressional court only to have it killed by The Senate?

Frankly my friend, you aren’t thinking it through. Your ultimate goal, and that of the Democrats should be to not have trump get to a second term. I would entertain commentary as to how that party achieves that vs going through a stupid impeachment process that yealds nothing

Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, on Wednesday declined to clear President Trump of obstruction of justice in his first public characterization of his two-year-long investigation of Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.

“If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so,” Mr. Mueller said, reading from prepared notes behind a lectern at the Justice Department. “We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime.”

He also said that while Justice Department policy prohibits charging a sitting president with a crime, the Constitution provides for another process to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing — a clear reference to the ability of Congress to begin impeachment proceedings.

Mueller, in First Comments on Russia Inquiry, Declines to Clear Trump

You are entertaining, I’ll say that much. Ooooooohhhhhh Robert S. Mueller lll??!! I AM impressed now. So he declined to clear him of obstucting justice. What justice is that? Trump defending his innocence? Is that obstruction? Trump trying to find out what was going down against him? Is that obstructing justice? How does any thinking person defend this ‘investigation’ that breaks down doors in the middle of the night, & brings more heat, & press, to roust & frisk a citizen & his wife from their bed to stand them outside, barefoot, & in night clothes for the waiting press to photograph? That justice? Do you even realize what you’re buying?

The fact that they did not determine a crime happened with enough evidence to indict does in fact clear him.
