How Marijuana Legalization in America is Destroying Mexican Drug Cartel Business

Well who controls them now?
Criminals.

Your missing my point though, they do that illegally.

But Poncho wants us to make it legal to sin by selling sorcery(Greek word is Pharmekia) to people.

I don't care if the drugs are making criminals rich. God will deal with them.

But for our government to make it legal to sell something that damns souls to hell is wicked.

That would be like if we said: let's make it legal to murder people, because hit men are making money off of murder.

Basically you guys are trying to advocate that we make it legal to commit the sin of "Woe unto the man that giveth his neighbor drink" because legalizing drugs would then legalize it for people to sell them.

as if this government needs anymore curses of God upon it.

Scuse me for butting in . . .

That's not what Poncho wants. What Poncho wants is to make sure that teenagers and pre teenagers have just as much trouble tomorrow getting their hands on these drugs as they do alcohol and tobacco today.

You're the one making it easy for them to get these drugs by allowing criminal gangs, thugs and murderers to sell to anyone they want with no regulation or safety mechanisms in place to even try to stop them from selling God only knows what to under age kids.

I don't care if the drugs are making criminals rich. God will deal with them.

Evidently you don't care that the current anti drug policy also corrupts the government and police force either.

But for our government to make it legal to sell something that damns souls to hell is wicked.

Since when has the government been in the soul saving business?

That would be like if we said: let's make it legal to murder people, because hit men are making money off of murder.

Still missing the point by a wide margin eh?

Basically you guys are trying to advocate that we make it legal to commit the sin of "Woe unto the man that giveth his neighbor drink" because legalizing drugs would then legalize it for people to sell them.

Um, maybe you haven't noticed but drugs are flooding the streets. They're already being sold. By criminal gangs, thugs and murderers to our kids without any regulation at all.

Just the way you like it apparently.

as if this government needs anymore curses of God upon it.

As if an unregulated global drug trade isn't a curse on us? :tonofbricks:

That's hilarious!! You think they have trouble getting hold of alcohol and tobacco???

Anyone of them at any time will have to put absolutely minimal effort into getting either. Statistics show usage may be down, but that is more due to education than legal entanglements.

If you're going to advocate for something highly toxic to be made legal and available to everyone, even those who still would theoretically not be able to do so, try being rational and truthful for a change.

My but some people will go to great lengths to keep criminal gangs, thugs and murderers in business.

Won't they? Makes me wonder if they're livelihood depends on having a steady flow of drug addicts.

It's a good thing two out of three Americans now see it differently. If we listen to the keep it illegal crowd the problem will just keep doing what it has been doing for the last 40 years.

Getting worse. 40 years of a big government authoritarian policy and drugs are more prevalent, more potent and easier to get than ever. Gee, we must be doing something right.
