How we know

You've stated that you're sick. What is your condition? Is it terminal?
I've got several serious health issues, the most serious being a prostate lesion that the radiologist says is 'likely significant cancer". I went on a plant-based diet, along with some other treatments, and the latest 'liquid biopsy' was encouraging.

I have been on a plant based diet for a year. I have lost 32 lbs as a result and have much more energy than I had when I was overweight.

Sounds like what you are doing is helping. God's got this. Prayed for you

BTW, if there's a Planet Fitness in your area you might consider a daily light workout. It's made a huge difference for me.

Thanks for the prayers, need all of those I can get.
When the lesion was first detected by MRI, it got graded a PI-RADS 4, out of 5, with 5 meaning 'highly likely significant cancer'. Anyway, with my age of 70, I don't want surgery, as I have other health issues and don't know if I could survive surgery. Couldn't do radiation until prostate size is reduced. So, I had to take other measures, which are helping, but still don't know exactly what I'm carrying around in me -- have put off having a physical biopsy so far. Wise or not, that's what I decided.
