There's one major flaw with your reasoning: Supreme Court nominees have to be approved through Congress. ....
to be more specific - SC nominees must be approved by the Senate - the House has no say in it.

Salty, you're back! Are you feeling better?
Actually, I felt fine the whole time - I only went to the VA for a Bad cough - and they put me in for a bad heart. - but all is okay now -- VA did a great job.

Good to know. I heard you had a cardioversion performed on your heart. I've had to do that twice, so I had somewhat of an idea of what you were going through.

There is no such thing as a republican justice. There are justices appointed by republicans, but those don't guarantee how they will judges. Reagan appointed some very good justices, and some decent ones. GHW Bush appointed horrible ones, and is responsible for the stalemate we have today on the abortion issue. I've never said anything to the contrary, so you need to read my posts carefully.

Trump, unlike GHW Bush, has put forth some amazing choices for justices. They would truly be like Reagans picks. To not support him in his effort to do this is to be pro-abortion. There's no way around it.
That is baloney. All five were nominated by Republican Presidents and all five were members of the Republican Party. Lets take same sex marriage. Justice Anthony Kennedy, appointed by President Reagan is a member of the Republican Party. Justice Kennedy lead the five vote majority that destroyed the oldest ordained institution in Scripture.

Having said that, I am voting for Trump. I voted or him in the Kentucky caucus and am voting for him in the general election. To characterize the Republican Party as guilt free on abortion and same sex marriage is just not so.

I submitted to temptation and lurked on this site a bit yesterday. I saw this thread. At the time I did not plan to comment, but I changed my mind. Stupid, dishonest assumptions like what I have read from this poster make me glad I walked away from this site.

Referring to those who do not support Trump:
Deep inside, they don't care about the abortion issue.

Dishonest accusations like this does not help your case. It makes you look like an overly-emotional drunk-poster.

Now...back to the shadows for me.
