What makes him a false prophet? May I see your credentials?

I am not saying I fully agree with everything the man believes. I don't really know anything about him except what little gossip I accidentally read here on the BB.

Glad to see it provoked another worthless response out of ........, but when you throw a rock into a pack of dogs, the one you hit yelps first, although not the loudest.

Same way you will, except for different reasons, but much for the same things.

You were around when he was here...

He preaches an easy believism doctrine...
He twists scripture to suit his doctrine, what ever doctrine he can make up.
From saying male gynecologists are perverts, to now, it is wrong to pee sitting down if you are a male...

He was the one that said his KJV was God.

That did it for me.. anyone that worships his Bible, doesn't serve the God I serve. That makes him a false prophet.

As for my credentials... well, I am a born again, Christian...
I know who God is, because I met him 30 yrs ago, when I accepted Christ as my Savior. I preach and teach the same Gospel Paul preached.. Jesus and Him crucified. I am not KJVO... but I preach and teach out of it... I grew up with it, and love it...
I am neither a Calvinist, nor an Arminian. I am in the center.
I know what sin is, and I stay away from it. (or at least try my best)
I cannot stand extrabiblical traditions of men that have been placed on the same level as the Bible... that cheapens the Word of God.

And you have read enough of my posts here on BB to see what I am like.
If you haven't, go to my profile, and read all my posts...
And if that is not enough, I invite you to follow me around and read what I write...

Go to my blog, I have much more information on it about myself.
along with my doctrinal statement that I had to submit to the council for ordination...

See, I have nothing to hide... except my bathroom habits... which is noone's business! :wavey:

Salamander, will you back his belief up that the KJV is God?

As opposed to what - a "hard believism doctrine"?

Explain this one for me, please.

    Ed

P.S. BTW, If Pastor Steven Anderson (using the title of Pastor, very loosely) shows up around here, I'm covering my TV and hiding my old baseball bat, just to be on the safe side.

Ed, I know your views on repentance, and we are not that far off...

The Bible does teach repentance, it goes hand in hand with belief.. .
I don't think it is possible to do either without the other, but he seperates them, and throws repentance away.
He even has a video on youtube explaining why Billy Graham is going to Hell.

To me that is what easybelievism is.. it is more of a mental assent to salvation instead of a heart assent...
It is the level the Devils believe... They know Christ died..

There are people that believe Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, and rose again, but unless they beleive He did it for them personally, they are not saved. The minute they believe that He died because of their sins, and for their sins, they are saved....
But at that same moment, when they truly believe THEIR sins put Jesus on the cross, they WILL repent... They will see the sins as God sees them... as abomination.....

Repentance and Belief are two sides of the same coin... you can't seperate them...

Sanderson tries to seperate them, and then say repentance is not needed...

He is the Hyles type... 123 repeat after me, and move on to the next house down the street...
Like we get some kind of commission for saving a quota of souls...

Is this an admission that both of you are "off"?

We are taught by the word of God, but that Bible actually is a book and doesn't teach anything apart from the Holy Ghost.

Glad to see God has used him to milk all this out of you.

I really don't associate the Hyles type with what you're saying he states when it comes to some of his dogmas.

Okay, so I've followed the thread, but am finally at a computer that will let me open youtube, so I listened to the rant for the first time.

I'm not sure what to say...the guy is a joke. I will only pee sitting down from now on just to spite him.

I'm sure there are some lovely KJVO...but it's a slippery slope that leads you to preaching about pissing on walls.

what is wrong with this guy. God save that church.

Oddly enough in our mildy KJVO church the word "males" was substituted the last time that was read in church. Why? So not to be crude and offend anyone needlessly.

The idiot on the youtube video doesn't have a clue.
He is even less qualified that I am to be a pastor.
I am not at all qualified but at least I realize that. He doens't even have the sense to know he is a self righteous idiot with even worse doctrine.
