Very Anglo-Scandinavian. I'm descended from Vikings so used to brew my own from honey. Very dangerous.
I went to the Jorvik viking center in York. They didn't have any mead. And I look at Athelstan as a real hero.

Thats anti American, anti Pennsylvania. Supposed you don't go whitetail hunting in the fall either. No wonder we fought for independence.
:smilewinkgrin: Sorry that upset your sensiblities. But not sorry that I am a conservative.
Who says I'm not! Now if you told me Ronny Reagan or George Schultz of Henry Kissinger, even Condi Rice even Rumsfield. Even Mitt Romney that Mormon.
I should tell you some stories about Iraq....what really went on in the Persian Gulf....I'd have to kill you though. I still dont think most Americans know the difference between Sunnis & Shi'a or what a MULLAH even is. No matter, its done with now. As Bush would say, "Mission Accomplished"
I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully
Bush also said
If you were a Dem in this country you could just tack onto the list things Bush is reponsible for. I am surprise that someone has not yet blamed him for the cause of man falling into sin.
BTW: I love Bush, one of those pesky Republicans.

The perfect ticket for me:
Newt Gingrich
Donald Rumsfeld
John Bolton
The cabinet would include: Rush Limbaugh, Bill OReilly,JC Watts, Rand Paul, Orin Hatch, Dick Cheney
What? Your not going to go across party lines....say Rod Blagojevich for Sectary of the Treasury LOL
For all of US history, Protestants have been the majority. Even before the Revolution, they were, in the 13 colonies. This reflected in the culture. Now, the US Census Bureau is projecting that in the next 4 decades, the population of the USA will grow from 308 million to
438 million!
By the year 2050, and it's already 2010.
As hispanics will be a large segment, we might see the USA become a majority Roman Catholic nation.
I'm curious as to what others think of this. What aspects of US life will it impact? Politics? Or, will it not matter? It's a huge shift in the USA, and one hears little about it!

King George had purple pee, like all True Royals...'nuff said. What did you expect of a King George Loving Red Coat?
Didn't they do "I Got You Babe" in the 1960s?I still dont think most Americans know the difference between Sunnis & Shi'a

If America became mostly Roman Catholic it would be terrible for the nation.
Why is this true?
I just dont understand this fascination with a 'Protestant America.' Why is it a big deal for believers?I dont understand your question Brother......can you put it in more detail so I may?
