Is it heretical to say that you must repent to be saved?

The Lord Jesus said, "Unless you repent you will all likewise perish' (Luke 13:5), so it would seem to be heretical to deny that you must repent to be saved. :)
I agree and in mark 1:15 Christ said.
Mar 1:15 and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe in the gospel.

Just so I can remove any doubt I have, It is heretical to say that someone must be baptised to be saved? What verse shows this in the bible.

Those who teach we absolutely "must be water baptized to be saved" (water baptized or condemned) teach salvation through faith + works, which is heretical.

This is true. Baptism is something we do that represents the death burial and resurrection of our Savior but it is not necessary for Salvation. Although it is the desire of our Savior for us to be baptized.

My wife bought me a study bible that had a man called Ray Comfort's study in, it is called the evidence bible. I googled Ray Comfort and there were a lot of posts about how he is heretical.

The Bible PLAINLY defines "turning from their evil way" as works! Ray Comfort defines repentance to mean "turn from your sins", which is another way of saying "turning from your evil way"! Ray says one must turn from their sins and put faith in Jesus to be saved. Ephesians 2:8-9 declares:

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."

This is a link to one of the sites that talks about it : The damnable heresy of Ray Comfort, John MACARTHUR, and JACK CHICK<br />

I guess repenting and having a baptism are works. So it could be seen as heretical to say you must repent to be saved. Although, I am not sure. What do you think?
Gospel repentance is simply "turning from" unbelief to belief, "turning from" enmity to God to love for God, "turning from" willful resistance to Christ to submission to Christ.

The power turning us is God through regeneration, but we are turning (conversion) - "turn us O God and we shall be turned." - Hab.
