Is Obama a "natural born" citizen ?? Is his candidacy constitutional?

Mitch, are you incapable of discussing a subject without insults and ad hominems? Apparently not. I have not attacked you, so get off your high horse.

You consistantly throw generalized diggs out about what you claim to be unchristian behavior that you yourself engage in. The minute you did that you engaged in insults, adhominems, and hypocracy. Any derailing of this thread began with that. Maybe I should have reported that post instead of addressing it. But Obama is well protected around here it might not have done any good.

You are still lying sir. I have not personally attacked you, but it is a tactic you use with great regularity when you are losing an argument. Really sad, coming from a pastor especially. I disagree with almost everything you say, but I try really hard to stay on the issue and not attack you, or others, personally. And congrats on the successful derail.

What you did do was attack anyone who asks questions or starts discussions about your beloved leader:

It isn't blind allegiance to support the truth. In fact, I believe Roger has made it clear, he doesn't support Obama for President. However, he is calling out those who use character assassination and lies to oppose a valid candidate. I am surprised those who attach the name of Christian to themselves support defamation.

You accused those who have certain questions of defamation when you yourself say thing equal in nature about Bush. So I am just "Calling you out" to use your language.

I will propose that while Obama is a citizen of the US of A, his middle name of Hussein ought to make his candidacy unconstitutional.

See...comments like "beloved leader" do not contribute to a rational dialog. It is language meant to elicit a response.

DId I personally attack anyone? No! It is not ad hominem to point out when people make false statements. It is ad hominem to say, "Sally, you are a goat-kissing toad".

It seems to me that you are so wrapped up in your political views that you get upset when someone disagrees with you, or points out where you may be wrong, and get so emotional about it that you resort to name calling at specific individuals. Truthfully, if I have ever personally attacked you, or any other BB board member, I offer apologies...but I don't believe I have done so, as I work hard to stay on topic. However you and a couple of others deal in the personal attack as a debate tactic with great regularity, which means you have either run out of arguments, or your emotion has gotten the best of you.

I am a big boy and can take whatever names you want to call me; but realize it does nothing to make your point or to contribute to a rational discussion. I am also ashamed to say that these type of dialogues do nothing to show visitors the love of Christ we are supposed to exhibit to the world. This is the truth...that most non-Christian boards I frequent show more love and caring than is ever on display here.

May God help us all!

No names were called by me. It is funny how when you make points of behavior it is calling someone out. When I or other point out your hypocriticle behavior it is name calling. You are wrong and you know it. You consistantly characterize behavior you yourself engage in as unchristian.

In that case McCain's middle name of "Sidney" out to eliminate him too, as it is a sissy boy name. Imagine him in little shorts, holding a lollypop. :wavey:

Sidney congers thoughts of endearment, not that McCain is endearing to me, while the name of Hussein brings pictures of gassed Kurds, raped Kuwaities and oil fields on fire. Not that Obama deserves that image, BTB.

The image that Barry congers up are babies that have survived abortions left on tables to die, babies turned during birth to be dragged out of the womb by their kicking feet to the base of their necks. Then while struggling for breath, are stabbed in the base of the scull with scissors. The baby, limp from paralysis, is then inserted with a vacuum tube to suck out the brains to insure death. This is the legacy of Barak (Barry) Hussein Obama, baby killer.

I would think that Mccain and Obama would both have this issue settled before wasting time and money on a long presidential campaign, dont you?

Yep.

Queue my best Andy Rooney impression here . . .

"Have you ever wondered why if the claims of Obama not being a citizen were true, that Hillary didn't make an issue of it?"

While I think this is a pretty silly issue, Obama could shut the whole conversation down by showing us his birth certificate. It makes me wonder why he won't.

Oh, I have more than a clue, my friend!
That is why I said you would do so well in the proposed position. You can stand and make a statement like I do not support Obama for POTUS, then defend him so well in light of several instances of d*mning evidence or highly questionable relationships and ethics. You are a good one, oh yes you are!

Your petty little personal attack notwithstanding, anyone who has seen my thoughts on Obama on issues of substance knows I have no support for him. Because I refuse to support cheapshots and dirty tactics does not make me a supporter.

This thread, drawn from a well know webrag, that says he MIGHT not have been born in Hawaii and IF NOT he MIGHT NOT be eligable to run for president, is built on an absurd premise.

Again if pigs could fly you might argue that they are birds.

Apparently, the Obama campaign has released a certificate of live birth, from Hawaii, to the left-wing hate site, the daily kos dot com.

Hopefully this will die, now.

Thanks for the news Bro Curtis.

It looks like pigs still don't fly.

BTW, I did the same for Sen McCain when the silliness came up questioning his natural born citizenship.

Does anyone think these politicians are stupid enough to run for president when they are not legally eligible?

Roger, next time you think of something stupid to say, just say the opposite and you will be thought wise.
