Mueller is a drama queen deluxe. He got himself another process crime because of a dirty federal law and a dirty bunch of FBI agents.

You're over 17 years late to recognize the danger. One month after 9/11, the Patriot Act was passed which allowed the CIA/FBI/police to forcibly enter anyone's hone without a search warrant. This happened to a friend of mine because he was seen sharing the gospel with a "terrorist" on the street. Anyone could be labeled a terrorist merely by suspicion with no proof required.

Under the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, the government cannot search your home without a warrant obtained from a court after a presentation of its probable cause that you are involved in a criminal activity. Under the Patriot Act, the government can search your home without that warrant so long as it leaves “notice” that it was there. The "notice" left in my friend's case was the CIA/FBI trashed his apartment, found nothing and left. The local police didn't go in because they weren't certain about the legality of the break-in.

And now Mueller is the new Himmler, right?

That’s just atrocious…and sloppy. The KGB could go through an entire apartment and you’d never even know they’d been there, if you didn’t first deliberately place an inconspicuous hair that would be disturbed in the process.

No. The Nazi tactics were authorized by the Bush-Cheney administration.

MAY 13, 2013
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Associated Press on Monday said the U.S. government secretly seized telephone records of AP offices and reporters for a two-month period in 2012, describing the acts as a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into news-gathering operations.

AP Chief Executive Gary Pruitt, in a letter posted on the agency’s website, said the AP was informed last Friday that the Justice Department gathered records for more than 20 phone lines assigned to the agency and its reporters.

“There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters,” Pruitt said in the letter, which was addressed to Attorney General Eric Holder.

An AP story on the records seizure said the government would not say why it sought the records.

That's a true story. And my friend then and now is partially disabled and goes around in a motorized wheel chair.

First off, want you to know that I believe the story because I know somebody in WA state that the same thing happened to - a "terrorist" came into his store and made a purchase and that alone warranted a jackboot search of his property.

But the PA was not "authorized" by GWB, it was a bill passed by Congress that he signed.

Look at how your precious Obama "reauthorized" it. Bet your friend's raid was under his administration like mine was. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Tell us the "Nazi Tactics" by Bush please. The only "Nazi Tactics" I remember are the ones used by the Democrat, Mr. "Billy Bob" Clinton. Do you remember Elion Gonzalez and Waco?View attachment 2707 View attachment 2708
Waco at least began with a valid search warrant not a Patriot Act break-in.

The siege began on Feb. 28, 1993, when 76 agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms arrived at the Mount Carmel Center compound with a search warrant to look for illegal weapons. A shootout between federal agents and Branch Davidians ensued, killing four ATF agents and six Davidians.

I really don't know what caused the fire or the massacre at the end. Do you. Oh and this began under GHW Bush. Bill Clinton wasn't inaugurated until Jan. 20, 1993.

After 10 Years, Revisiting the Elián González Fiasco
By Tim Padgett / Miami Thursday, Apr. 22, 2010

Today, April 22, marks the 10th anniversary of the early morning raid by armed federal agents that finally snared The Rabbit and whisked him to his waiting father in Washington, D.C. Two months later the two were back in Cuba. That's where Elián should have been sent on Thanksgiving Day in 1999, when fishermen plucked him from the ocean off South Florida. He'd just been through a horrific episode: watching his mother Elizabet drown when the overcrowded boat smuggling them from Cuba capsized. But under international law, U.S. authorities were bound to restore him to his father, Juan Miguel González, in Cuba, even if that also meant returning him to Fidel Castro's communist society.
************************************************************************************
The way he was taken from his Miami relatives was certainly harsh but nobody got killed or even hurt. I don't agree with the tactics but I believe we should abide by international law. Do you?

Actually, if you look at the length and complexity of the PA, it's not possible it was written between 9/12/2001 and 10/2/2001.
The first version of the Patriot Act was introduced into the House on October 2, 2001 as the Provide Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (PATRIOT) Act of 2001, and was later passed by the House as the Uniting and Strengthening America (USA) Act (H.R. 2975) on October 12.

This relates to an ongoing serious concern I have about the inadequacy of the 9/11 Commission's investigation. We don't really know what happened on that day, before it or after it.
