Yes. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
I simply believe that they must hear the Word of God first.
I think we agree.

natural man receives NOT the scriptural truths unaided, for they are deaf to that, would not be able to hear and read and really understand those truths, that is the work of the Spirit Himself, to enable a sinner to hear and read and respond by knowing whast He has revealed and openned to them now!
