Three-day Jeopardy! champ Kelly Donohue made a hand gesture showing he was a 3 day champ. Some viewers were offended by this, saying it was "racist", etc. (BTW, he lost on that episode.) See the "offending" gesture on Yahoo or other social media.

Personally, I don't care WHO it offended. Please post if YOU feel the same way !

He made the "OK" sign against his chest.

Supposedly, that's a sign for white power. The three fingers making a W and the fingers making a circle connected with the arm making a P.

Yep - I refuse to use the word "gay" to refer to a h0m0sexu@l - except in explanation such as this.
I wonder what a person would say, if I stated "The word gay offends me" - Which it does! I find it very offensive!

Personally, I have NO doubts, as it seems there are some (committee, maybe?? ) being paid to do exactly this!!
I see no way there could be so much "OFFENCE" were there not some concerted effort to classify such!!!

Whites that use the symbol are already racist by default, thus can only be using it in a racist way. In fact, everything people of the white race do is inherently racist. It is an inescapable fact and foregone conclusion that all of them are white supremacists.

On the other hand (intended), we have recently “learned” that there is no such thing as the white race, because race doesn’t exist, it is a figment of the imagination. And if you don’t agree with that, you are a racist, very probably of the white race, but a white supremacist in any case.

Yes, some people really hold to that sort of nonsense, but no, I am not one of them. I can only say it sardonically in honor of their attempting to insult my intelligence with it. OK? OK.

When in Taiwan on a mission trip in '00, my wife waved to a little girl riding a bicycle. Can't remember whether the wave was an up/down or sideways motion, but the little girl came over to my wife. She talked to the girl for a few seconds, said goodbye and they separated.
When my wife was telling the resident missionary about the encounter wondering why the girl would come over, we were told that whichever wave she used was, in their understanding, a motion to "come over", which the girl did!
So true; be careful when in another society cause you might just accidentally start WWIII!
