I am angry and bitter at no one! But do seriously think that this whole Calvinistic thing is a red-herring from the enemy, as it causes divisions and unbiblical is many of its teachings. Of course I would not expect you to see this, as you are a convinced Calvinist!
The doctrines though gives the full glory to God in salvation, so why would satan be the one bring forth that view?

The enemy is inside you, Andy. The scriptures are filled with God choosing from the beginning of Genesis to the end of Revelation.

You fight the word of God because your own selfish will wants to call the shots and rule in your heart. You just want God to be an advisor rather than be your Sovereign King who rules you and directs your coming and going. You imagine that such a King will take away your freedom, yet you don't realize that you are never free. You are either a slave to sin or a slave to Christ. In either case your status (and my status) is slave. Nothing more and nothing less.
God chose Isaac, Abraham, the jewish people, he chose the Apsotles, and he chose those to whom the death of jesus would save!

the first four "points" of TULIP are grave ERROR!

1. So what part of man, body, soul, or spirit, do you think was not affected by the fall and is holy enough to approach God on its own merits?

2. What condition of perfect holiness did you meet that caused God to elect you to heaven that your neighbor, who is obviously inferior to you, does not meet?

3. If the atonement is applied to everybody without distinction then their sins are forgiven and they go to heaven. If not, how does a sinless person end up in hell?

4. If the Grace of God is powerless to achieve that which He intended it to achieve does that make God impotent? Unable to achieve His own goals?

2. What condition of holiness did you meet that caused God to elect you to heaven that your neighbor, who is obviously inferior to you, does not meet?

3. If the atonement is applied to everybody without distinction then their sins are forgiven and they go to heaven. If not, how does a sinless person end up in hell?

4. If the Grace of God is powerless to achieve that which He intended it to achieve does that make God impotent? Unable to achieve His own goals?

1. There is no such thing as "total depravity" in the Holy Bible. As I have shown from John 5:25, Jesus very clearly says that the spiritual dead CAN HEAR the Gospel!

2. What makes the Calvinist "elite" in God's eyes?

3. The sins of the whole human race have been "atoned" for, but without repentance and forgiveness, they cannot be forgiven. You have a false understanding of the Bible to suggest that the Atonement was "actual", and not "potential"

4. There are many instances in the Bible which clearly show that God's Grace, and Mercy was "resisted" which is what the Jews in the OT did on many occasions, and still happens today. Stephen in his message in Acts 7 told the Jews that they "resist" the Holy Spirit!

I can't help but notice you dodged the question. Here it is again:

1. So what part of man, body, soul, or spirit, do you think was not affected by the fall and is holy enough to approach God on its own merits?

2. What makes the Calvinist "elite" in God's eyes?
Please post a quote from me where I ever made such a foolish claim.

And, again, you dodged the question. Here it is again:

2. What condition of holiness did you meet that caused God to elect you to heaven that your neighbor, who is obviously inferior to you, does not meet?

3. The sins of the whole human race have been "atoned" for, but without repentance and forgiveness, they cannot be forgiven. You have a false understanding of the Bible to suggest that the Atonement was "actual", and not "potential"
So did Jesus lie when He said "It is finished?" That is, "actual" not "potential," waiting for you to add something to it?

And, again, I can't help but notice you dodged the question (again). Here it is again:

3. If the atonement is applied to everybody without distinction then their sins are forgiven and they go to heaven. If not, how does a sinless person end up in hell?

Yes, we all know that. But it has nothing whatsoever to do with God's Grace being efficacious.

And, once again, you dodged the question, so, here it is again:

4. If the Grace of God is powerless to achieve that which He intended it to achieve does that make God impotent? Unable to achieve His own goals?

1. there is indded that in the bible, as we cna all "hear" the Gospel message, but NONE of usapart from the working of the Holy Spirit can hear/understand/believe unto Jesus to get saved
2. Nothing in us, as thatis the pleasure and purpose of his will directly towards us!
3.The death of jesus was intended to save a definite group of people, actual salvation, not a potential salvation!
4.The lost ALWAYS will continue to resist the Holy Spirit, as their sin natures will not allow them to accept! NO chosen by God though will resist!

He's a Calvinist witch hunter.

Ask him to exegete Romans 4:25. When you put a kink in his humanism, he deflects and goes off on a tangent.
