I wouldn’t count on there being debates.
That’s not a radical... that’s a socialist... maybe even a communist. Read about Marx and his plan to dominate. Conversely you should study the history of totalitarian governments hell bent on controlling people and politics. Also read about fascist and Nazi governments. When you are done with your studies please contact me with your conclusions. All are contained in history books.
I saw Joe several years in a debate for VP... then it was Sarah Palen and he won that debate. A debate with Trump would only serve to test his mental capacity (trumps as well). It will be a geezer war for sure.

I also wouldn’t assume that by the time the Democratic Party holds some sort of convention in August that Biden ends up being the nominee.
maybe the Dems figure for Hillary third time will be the charm!

I don’t think Biden has the mental acuity to debate today, much less 4-5 months from now. He seems to be getting worse month by month.
Tell ya the truth, I don’t see trump as being the sharpest pencil in the pencil box.

I'd remove the "The".
Trump is a smart. His political instincts and learning curve are off the charts. I marvel at how much smarter he is than his critics. No one could have run circles around the democrats and media the way he has, thumping nevertrumpers on the right in his spare time.
You can call the man a lot of things, I agree. I'm just glad he's on the right side of most things.
