John 3:5 Is Not Requiring Baptism For Salvation

But we are allowed to come to the correct understanding of it by the Spirit that teaches us of all things ( 1 John 2:20-27 ).:)

May God bless you, sir.

That would require the impossible, for man.

Just as it would take bowing to the Holy Spirit, reading John 3:15, to dicern that, 'water', in that verse is honestly not referring to The Five Oceans of The World.

Haven't read this whole thread, so if this point has been made...apologies. If not, here ya go.

If one has been educated in the doctrine and is not hindered by extreme physical limitations, a refusal of the rite is a denial of Christ and the Gospel. It's a denial of his confession. Plain and simple. We cannot regard that one as a Christian or entertain the thought that his faith is genuine.

Now, does the act of baptism have any power? Perish the thought. Christ, and Christ alone saves.
