Big deal.....a blind, deaf & mute person could have installed Judge Gorsuch. But not being able to pass a bill (any bill) thru the government
....especially when you have a majority in both houses tells me that Trump is ineffective. Trump alone bears the responsibility for this.
How many years did the Republicans have to prepare for this, get it together & submit something?!? In the end there was a failure to take responsibility.

Yes and IMO God will reverse Roe vs. Wade - Yes it will go to the States Rights issue and God will intervene and convert the nation - then all states will be free from baby murder.
So, to all baby murderers and those who support the bloodshed of the innocent - weep and wail, wring hands, etc...

I agree totally but Roe vs Wade was forced upon us, no vote, no referendum, no nothing by way of the choice - of the people for the by the people - because the commie left which created the baby murder scenario via a criminal act of the SCOTUS knew full well it would have been rejected.

IMO if Roe vs Wade is not reversed down to and including the individual state level America has lost whatever glory she might have retained post Roe vs Wade.

Article is rather dated, really don't care about the composition of SCOTUS decades ago, McCain and those other two are responsible for the fiasco, not Trump. He can't repeal it, only Congress can and they all three promised to repeal it over and over again. Yet, when the time came, two of them freaked out about PP and the other one just had to backstab. It'll die on the vine now anyways.
It was the responsibility of Senate turn coats.
Lazy answer.... It is the responsibility of the entire government....including The President to Make it work for the American people. So it is a failure of the entire system of government... One that is fractionalized.
