Folks,
I have not read on this thread even a single reason to discredit Joseph Prince.
Here is what I was expecting this thread to develop.
1) Credible doctrine errors and other violations of Scripture principles.
2) Moral failure (wrong doctrine always leads to wrong living).
Rather than spending time on the fluff and innuendo, offer something concrete that the BB casual readers can verify and use to respond to family members that are caught up in the web of deceit as some do.
So what the man makes a zillion dollars, has the largest Asian church, holds hands with the man who has the largest church in the US, and perhaps has the ...
What REALLY matters is being able to show a family member the Scriptures and what the man has taught and lived.
That way a person has to choose between God and man.
Isn't that what the OP is actually asking?
On the Web is this:
Joseph Prince
The problem is that the author is refuting what Joseph Prince writes about OSAS - A BAPTIST distinctive.
Look at the "sinner's prayer" that he quotes out of the book. Is it not very much like that offered by MANY - even of the Calvinistic thinking?
I didn't take time to read all the article, but did skim most in a search for some doctrinal error.
If you know of something - post it.
If all you have is opinion on association and wealth - that is merely helping Prince out by giving more advertisement to him.
